... however the AIDS rate is about 20% in most areas for people under age 30... I guess no place is perfect!

I always thought the world, or at least the US, needed more Doctors that can speak comprehendable english!

I was born in WI (all my relatives still live there, so I'm back 2-3 times a year), left for Ohio when I was 3, went to SJU and I'm now in Iowa. I will now provide for everyone's collective education my observations on women in the 4 states where I have lived. All observations were made before I married Mrs KR, as I now no long have any need and/or desire to look at other women  ;D

Ohio has some extremely good looking women, but like honest politicians (no offense JR) they are few and far betwen, however the percentage of women under 25 yrs old that outweigh me is smaller in Ohio than any of the other 3.

Iowa has some beauties, but like Ohio they are sparsely spread and overshadowed by their cornfed sisters.

Wisconsin doesn't seem to have as many drop dead gorgeous women, they have a lot of cute girls (7-8 on the 10pt scale). Wisconsin on the whole has the highest percent of women that look like they could outdrink me and then carry me home.... and that scares me which is why I don't often go to bars when I am back in Cheeseland.

Minnesota has the highest quantity of truly beautiful girls (8-9.5), however a great number of these have IQ's that are equal to the sum of their age and shoe size and many are b*tchy to boot. Minnesota also has a high number of women who could play O-line for a number of WIAC teams, ironically these women tend to be b*tchier than their slimmer more attractive cohorts.

The place that I have lived with the highest % and number of beautiful women with low quantities of grazers would be South Africa... however the AIDS rate is about 20% in most areas for people under age 30... I guess no place is perfect!

I have been reading scholarship essays all day today. Your's is the best so far! Some thought put into it and better grammar/spelling than most! ;D The subject might be a bit harsh, but at this point, I am just glad you are not refering to your third grade teacher as being the most influential person in your life! ;)

KR- you have an excellent point about the Spicer talent pool- although many of 'em seem to keep getting younger...

"That's what I love about these high school girls, man. I get older, they stay the same age."

Must be great getting paid to hang out with those chicks! :)
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Tough job, but someone's gotta do it!

Actually, it's sad to say, but you get immune to it after awhile...

I am thrilled with the Karma Christening!!!  Glad to hear Med school is going well!!  The world needs more Dr.'s with a sense of humor!!  You and Duffman had me rolling in the aisle regarding Wisconsin girls!  Of course, I lived in Minnesota for 5 years and know personally what you have to compare them too!!!  I think this is a little of the, "pot calling the kettle black!"     ;) ;) ;)

More questions and observations:

What is the association of the rat with SJU?  And why would a rat wear a kilt?

Why is finsleft not finsright?  After all, all the fins in his pic are pointing to the right.

I pulled up the website on my PDA and found that it greatly enlarges the pictures (at least on my blackberry).  Holy sh!t - what is that on Duff's head?

The Liberty League looked like it was catching up on you guys (they seem to post a lot of pictures, which takes up more room on the pages), but you guys have kicked it into gear a bit and have created a skosh more distance on them though they're still well within striking distance.

NWA willing, we'll hit town on the 25th for NFIW.  They don't seem to care much what the parents do anyway, but we're trying to see when the coaches are around so we can bug them.  Should be time to find a bar for some Hamms or whatever if anyone is interested.

One of the guys who also does an early morning workout at my club is a GAC grad ('65 - older than even me) and loves the MIAC schools; said it was the best years of his life though he seems happy enough out here in warmer climes now.

Oh, yes - how do you edit a post after it goes up?

Just got Sweet Season (ordered it from a second hand bookseller so it took a couple of weeks).  After the intro and the first chapter I know a lot about Murphy and not so much about St. John's, but it's still a good read.

DuffMan

tmerton,

You don't get the option to edit your posts until you make 50 (I think 50).

The photo is not of me, but TDT, and he was wearing an Elvis mask because it was right around Halloween.

Have a great trip.  While you are flying into Minnesota, I will be arrving in Mexico, and while I love SJU, I think Mexico will be better, especially in March!

Well tmerton, it's like this. Ya see, life is full of choices. And even though the Buffett song says, "fins to the left, fins to the right...", I had to choose. So I looked to the right and saw George W. Bush. 'Nuf said.
(And the fins are actually heading left)

That was our attempt last fall before a football game to make an ugly guy easier to look at by putting an Elvis mask on him.

I'd be up for that. Would be good to chat with you over an adult beverage or 2. You've made a pretty favorable impression so far, but we really need to see you in action before we can say you are SJU material. If all goes well, we'll teach you the secret handshake.

I'd be interested if someone, not a Johnnie, will find that book as good as all us Johnnies did. We'll await your review.

Correctomundo, Duff. Que bueno!
And here I thought the only Spanish words you knew were "tequila" and "cerveza". I'm sure you'll get to practice those a lot.
