Touchdown Tommy

Flash,

Willy used to but he usually only partakes in Madden video games and ice water.  I don't think he'll be much help.
Chasing MILFs since '82...

Local sports here just said tickets for the Viking/Green Bay game in G.B. are going for $500 each. (Thurs. nite game)
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

tmerton-- congrats to you and your son and welcome to the Johnnie family!

freebird-- your volleyballers finished second nationally?  Dare a Johnnie say congratulations to Bethel???

Bennie-- take a look at the D3 reform package board for more info about the financial aid review.  They actually found that, on average, D3 schools give out less aid to athletes than to other students-- except that 25 were beyond excuses in giving out more aid to athletes than students.  LOVE to know who those 25 are.

P.S. tmerton...I had a ton of fun at BU...don't let the Johnny faithful brain wash you! ;)

I know - if Lutherans can have fun certainly Baptists can.  Anything's possible.

Lutherans do have fun- we're the fun-loving version of Catholicism.  No Priests to tell us we're going to hell for anything enjoyable!

My first secretary was a good Lutheran girl - a California girl who attended one of the fine Lutheran colleges (it might have been one of the MIAC schools but I can't remember).  During her breaks she would read her Lutheran theology texts - in German.  She was also born on Reformation Day.  So I should not have been surprised when she ended up in the Lutheran seminary in Berkeley, should I?  Poor girl - she was living proof that you Lutherans can be as theologically constipated as we Catholics can be.  (And if you ever saw Stacy Keach play the lead in "Luther" you got a good idea of just how constipated poor ML reportedly was in real life.)

And bashing dance teams.  Which isn't a sport, by the way.

Chaska just gained a few points in my book--girls walking around in bras and sex in public overrides dogs biting people.

Anyone else catch the oilers/red wings game last night?  Actually got me interested in hockey again, after the chokers lost to Holy Cross.
I'd post a lot more if I had a real job

Will be spending Fri and Sat in beautiful Rochester Mn. Anyone live around there?

I did a year or so ago.  There's really nothing exciting to do.  That's why I vandalized Willy Wonka's car.

And Frank is ... ?

He's a local reporter that covers SJU football.

And judging by his appearances on campus-it's ALL he does.

Speaking of misdemeanors- I found an activity for after we've had a couple at Melvins:  I discovered an old barrel painted with the Hamm's logo serving as a mailbox stand near Nest Lake.  Not sure if it's full of concrete, but if we cover J.R.'s ears during this discussion, we could maybe go check it out!  ;D

Reminds me of an incident last summer involving a boat, a few too many beers, and some swimming buoys :o

I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

Wow!! Good thing I re-read that and caught the "buoys" and not "boys"  :o
