Fins is probably still getting over the group hug experience at the trial lawyers' meeting in Alex/Alec. He'll get back to work tomorrow.  ;D

BTW, NWA is having a fare sale.  Any recommendations on home games not to miss this year?  We'll be there Labor Day and probably for GA (Family Weekend).  And do I need to get tickets in advance?!?

TM, United flies into Fargo (fgo) as well. They have had some good deals on flights lately too!
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

There are only 6 home games and you're already coming to 2. Just buy 4 more flights so you won't miss a thing.

I don't want #2 son to see as much of me as he did his senior year in high school ...  8)

Breaking news....

MrsKR's family has decided to stay in Spicer over Labor Day weekend instead of driving up to Park Rapids.

Duff and JA, meet me at Melvin's if it's still open. JA, i'm holding you to your promise

Talks are currently in the works to get the whole MrsKR family to come to the season opener... developing....

PS. Ear infections suck a big one. I have to wait until 2:30 to go see a Physician Assistant who has had less schooling than I have and hope she knows to give me the ear drops that I know I need. Ironic ain't it?
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

And after the game ...?  Presumably all the SJU fans drive home.  Guess I could stay and party with the Cobbers.  8)  Or is Fargo a "destination" place for Saturday nights?   ::)

tmerton,
Drive down to BU...I hear they are having a rave on freshmen hill!  You know us BU alums, we can bump and grind with the best of them...right Johnny fans....Oh wait, you still think we can't dance!

It depends on whether you mean can't dance as an issue of having permission or physical ability.

You may have permission but a school full of scandanavians will never have the ability to dance.

Speaking of Bethel, at the Verizon store in the MofA, we talked to a sales guy who graduated from St. John's prep school and is now studying for his MDiv at Bethel.  Are the monks letting Baptists into the prep school?  (He was a good guy - didn't ask him about his dancing abilities though.)

P.S. - nice trip down to Bethel.  Why not just drive to Canada?

PS. Ear infections suck a big one. I have to wait until 2:30 to go see a Physician Assistant who has had less schooling than I have and hope she knows to give me the ear drops that I know I need. Ironic ain't it?

Good luck with the ear infection. I had one five weeks ago. Two weeks of antibiotics (oral and eardrops) to clear up the infection and I still have fluid behind my eardrum. I am on a steroid nasal spray for the next four weeks and if that doesn't take care of it, I have to have my eardrum punctured. :-\

No fun. It's hurting worse now than it was an hour ago and I still have 3 hours until the appointment.

I think you should try some Hamm's. Don't drink it, just pour a little in your ear.

So, anyone planning on making it out to Virginia this fall? Like the state not the town in Minnesota.
