Johnnie Esq, the Royal PAT % last year was 55%?  I had no idea they were that good.  I saw most of the games and I can remember seeing only a couple go through the uprights.  We have fixed it this year however.  We just told the kicker to put the ball 6 to 8 yards left or right of the goal post.  That ought to fix it. Anyway, thanks for your input today.  It has been nice to hear some real FOOTBALL conversation, one week to go till kickoff, GOOD LUCK TO ALL MIAC TEAMS IN NON CONFERENCE. How in the world did the Johnnies draw the first 2 nonconference games at home??  Monk Intervention?

KR, I gotta tell you, that is funny! If I wasn't such a loser and have no karma power I would give you something for that. By the way, what do you think of our fair city??(Des Moines) in case your in hiding elsewhere?

Now I know where I rank with you Johnnies.  You even have complete control of the Post count on this site.  I have been at 85 posts all day, or do they only count when they have some sort of value?

P.S. Happy 420th post to those Mac/Carleton Alums present!
My grandmother is over eighty and still doesn't need glasses. Drinks right out of the bottle.  (Yasmine Bleeth comment valid unless prohibited by your College's code of ethics for Alums)

Good Lord you whine alot!! ;D First not enough on-topic posts, then not enough negative karma after poking Johnnie fans with a stick and now not enough posts. ;)
High sticking, tripping, slashing, spearing, charging, hooking, fighting, unsportsmanlike conduct, interference, roughing... everything else is just figure skating.  ~Author Unknown

Till the kid starts kicking it straight.  Then you have a new problem.

The Johnnies earned it by making contracts with WIAC schools that are looking for games.

Bethel had a contract with UWEC for two years, and split those games; however, since 1997 Bethel is 1-2 against WIAC teams, with their win being a 45-42 win over UWEC in 2003, but a 40-0 home loss to the Blugolds in 2002 and a 37-27 playoff loss to UWSP in 2001.  The -47 delta in 3 games may be a reason why since 2003 Bethel has moved to playing IIAC schools.

If that were true, how in the hell would you have 85?  :D

Each time you post, the number of posts you have increases. This number is shown on all your posts whether it was your 1st or 86th. Post again and they will all go up to 87.

Someday you will join the ranks of the powerful ones, until then you must continue cowering in fear :D

Des Moines is all right. I hate being inside city limits being a coutry boy by nature, but if I have to be in a city I'm glad it's a small one like Des Moines with lots of parks and golf courses. The people can't drive to save their lives, but the cost of living makes up for it.

Where in Des Moines are you at? We live north of Ingersoll on 35th.
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Or how would I have almost 3000 instead of 4 and how would Fins be above the 2 dozen mark?

Miraculously both defenses gave up 1000 yards and neither offense could score a single point. ;D

Reading Hamline's site I guess they have 42 newcomers on the team.  Most being FY it will be interesting to see how many of those are still around this time next year as player retension has been a problem in the past.

Not sure, I'm up North(Long Prairie) for a few days helping out before coming back down to Snelling.

Mighty:  Mounds View?  I saw them get beat by Hastings last year, and they were talentend, but if you think that highly of them I see no reason why they wouldn't beat Beuna Vista and Simpson if they're that good.  Maybe if you're talking Trinity Bible, then Mounds View has a good chance.  If the only the season could be extended a little bit and we could fit Bethel on the schedule, you might be surprised.

AO

It's becoming more and more apparent that you don't care about any sort of football that is less than Bethel.  Now, I'm not really sure where Bethel is at the moment, maybe closer to the middle of the MIAC, but they are not as far removed from the lower teams of the MIAC and the upper teams of the MIAC as you might think.  Not that it means a whole lot, but Northwestern's jv did beat Bethel's jv last year.

Hmmm...KR....can you help me?  Did AO really just bring up jv teams?
I didn't do it....yet.
