fins:  check the umac board for my prediction.  I gave it when the trackguy asked, after he predicted augsburg would win by 18.

Mr. Matson made some nice plays for Augsburg, but they couldn't move the ball when they needed to, particularly in the third quarter.

I don't know that Augsburg can give the Johnnies much of a challenge, but it'll be fun to watch anyways.  Didn't Augsburg get some stadium improvements recently?  Pressbox and Si Melby are changed around quite a bit I believe.

UST Bench,
Do you get Comcast? The boneheads, at least the ones in Montgomery County,  actually had in their listings that the SJU-UWEC game was going to be televised live.

I might be hitting the O's this weekend too, but I'm kicking around heading down the Red Line to see Catholic take on McDaniel  -- although it means missing the SJU-Auggie webcast, unless Pat C. could hook me up with wi-fi at his alma mater.

Haha, no way. I would've definitely watched that. All I got was Maryland v. William and Mary that weekend. Comcast is terrible.

don't worry TC:  I am perfectly safe and feeling victorious.

I hope everyone is still enjoying their moral victory in the Pick em's by picking augsburg over Northwestern.   Unless there was some sane reason why 95% of you expected augsburg to beat Northwestern at Northwestern.

Oh I see. A full ride must seem more important than a shot at a national championship and a guaranteed place in heaven.  ;)

Well, to be fair, the Mankes have more than a shot at a National Championship this year. But they better make it count because after that it's the NCAA madatory 5 year probation. Which makes no sense.

How did heaven get in here? These boards are reserved for the ridiculous - not the sublime.

Gentlemen!

Great time at the Johnnie game on Saturday. Fins..you might have the best spot in the stadium...I expect advertisements hanging from the trees in less than five years.
Duff:  I think we have met in the past, but thanks to you and Fins, Johnnie Red, Kilted, Frank Rickard, and the rest of the crew for showing my pal Blue Devil Bob and his awesome guest coach Todd what Johnnie Hospitality is all about!

The sun always shines on Collegeville at 1PM on Saturdays in the fall, this weekend was no exception!

Go Johnnies!

Has anyone seen the Cobbers play yet this year? Any thoughts on the BU vs. CU matchup this weekend?
