Maybe KR and the Fry Guy tunes should be the official Stingy fest music?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Bench and I are friends. We had a rap group in the late 90's called KR and the Fry Guy. We sold 3 albums; 1 to each of our mom's and we chipped in to buy one to share.

KR, using my old school math, that means you only have 999,997 more to sell to have a Gold Album!

Where are they all, in some U-Store-It place?  ???   :D

No, the official Stiftungsfestivities music is the new Paris Hilton cd. I know TT and KR really enjoyed it. 8)

I don't know JR, KR's album might out sell the Paris Hilton CD.  ;)

At least she's blonde. Well, maybe.  :D

- KR is as funny in person as he is on this board. I agree with Veek that you should have had your kilt on.  :D

It was an honor to finally meet BDB, glad to know I didn't dissapoint.

Old-
Do you know if Porta will be playing?  The only way I see CC winning is if they pass for 350 yds on the day...no way can they run over BU.  If BU cuts down on turnovers (I think this will be nipped in the bud after this last weekend), they should have no problem this weekend.  Just going on what CC has done thus far this season (which is only 1 game I believe) and the loss of their Senior class last year.

UST - thanks for the elaborate insight!

You're welcome. I always go that extra mile for my Bethel friends.

You have friends? ;D

Fond memories, though after you changed your name to DJ Malpractice Suit people thought you were just trying to be more street. It's a shame really, I thought our second album could have gone aluminum.

Since I can't get the Twins on TV over here in Wiscy other than on Sundays and the occassional ESPN/WGN gig, I turned on the the tube and watched something else while monitoring the Twins via Gameday on the net.

So, did anyone watch the Vikings on:

The Tom Cruise Sho.. :-X

The Paris Hilton Sho.. :-X

The Tony,Tony,Tony Sho.. :-X

The "Let's Show the Booth all the time instead of the Game Sho".. :-X

Saw that on the net mwm.  :)

My son was maintaining post between the family room and the computer room keeping an eye on both and keeping me informed almost pitch by pitch.

Nice to see the Vikes now have a squad that plays tough in the 4th quarter.

Hope ESPN gets their MNF broadcasts straightened out a bit.

Frank the Tank (or is it now Frank the Jeep-- according to Gags, the biggest loss of the offseason was Frank's weight) releases his MIAC picks here.  Copycat!

OlBethel27, I have seen both Bethel games this year.  The obvious is the disciplined defense. Some posters will argue these were against 2 IIAC teams, but I think BV and Simpson would finish middle to a little below middle of the pack in the MIAC (this year).  The question will not be about Porta as he will start, but will the backfield be able to stop the pass.  This has been their Achilees heel.  Porta will do what Porta does, and hopefully not fumble away opportunities.  But I think even though this is a different Bethel team this year from a confidence level, they have not beaten CC in 2 years. I think this one will be close, BU defense will hold them to under 100 yards rushing, my prediction, Bethel 21 Cobbers 17.

Okay, ran into a photographer at the Simpson game last saturday.  He takes mainly Simpson pics, but said he would email me a link for all of us Royals to enjoy.  Johnnie and tommie fans, do not click on this link as it will corrupt both you and your computers.   Click on the line below, and then choose full screen or for families, it would appear these are available for sale.  Enjoy..

No BDB, I watched the Twins instead and plan on never having to listen to Joe Theisman ever again. Between obnoxious JT and all of the above, it deserves to be missed.

Tough to say what the outcome of the game will be on Saturday in Arden Hills.  I know that the Royals have a stingy defense, but I believe that the Cobbs will run for over 150 yards in the game.  It also depends on if Porta is playing, if he is running the royal offense will move.  If he doesn't, they will have to go with an air attack on the Cobbs young defensive backfield.  I think the Cobbs have a chip on their shoulder after losing to MSUM and they will come out of the gates on fire.  I predict a Cobber victory.....CC 28 BU 24
