Did Grant tell you about working on the field during the game New England/Vikes game?  If you wanted to come down with him and Randy I could find an extra spot for you.

I would definately want to do that for sure.  When is the date of that game?

October 30th, your call time would be like 4 and you guys can leave right after the game.  You will probably be down on the field holding a camera cable or something.

I will see what I can do, then I will let you know by the end of this month.  Keep fighting the good fight sir!

Johnnie Red,

Don't you remember gathering at Sally's Saloon over on the U of MN's campus for breakfast before the Auggie Tech game a couple years ago.  OAS and I devoured the "Hangover Heaven" breakfast and I believe you had soup/diet dr pepper.  An added bonus is the skin that most of the girls from the U will be showing provided the weather is still nice.  For those making the trip the place is a must...

Latest bulletin from Collegeville:
Kevin McNamara named to the 2006 AFCA Good Works Team.

Whatever the hell that is. ???

Oh, TDT, you've hit the dreaded "666" karma level.  :o  Watch yourself today.

Congrats to Kevin McNamara of SJU and P.J. Theisen at UST for their nomination to the AFCA good works team.  The MIAC has a pretty good record over the past few years of getting at least one and often more than one named for this honor.

Edit: Fins, you beat me to it.  Sorry about that...

UST has gotten many players on the Good Works Team. I'm not sure if this is accurate but I believe names include Mike Westland, Andy Kaiser, Brian Brenberg, Andrew Hilliard and Ben Kessler. Academic All-Americans, MIAC rushing records, Aztec Bowl players and Good Works Nominees are nice, a conference championship would be better though.  :)

Garnet

I saw this on another site and I could not help thinking of the Sox fans giving you Twinky fans a hard time before the all star break.

Yeah, I remember someone telling us to shut up until our team got to .500. Well,...

The Franchise has a no-no going. OK so it's only the2nd 3rd inning. :P

You can have your coffee and two-egg combo at Perkins on Riversde and 94. Or there a few places over on the U campus.

Liriano left the game in pain about 10 seconds after you posted that Fins. Garza's in. Let's hope they dint rush Liriano back and ruin his arm in the process

I woke up today to see Franny's no-no broken up and then heard him wreck his arm again as I poured my breakfast. Some days you just shouldn't get out of bed...
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

KR, I am with you on bringing back U2 as THE music of the Stiftungsfestivities. Just thought everyone would enjoy something new with Paris Hilton.

Anyone know of any restaurant/watering hole that we could gather at Saturday morning by Auggie Tech prior to getting in line at 11:00 a.m. for the 600 tickets? We could meet around 9:30-10:00. Let me know.

Well you could always "tailgate" in the park that is right next to the field just beyond the west endzone.  Other than that I am not sure what time Davanni's opens but it is a block or two away.    Let me know I live a few miles south of there by Nokomis

Fins jinxed him by talking about the no-no in the second inning.  :P
