This just in....TC is too good and too mature for Chuck Norris facts.  Thanks, TC, for telling me that I am immature.  I didn't know you were my dad!

Mighty Royal

Someone needs to be yo daddy, MR.  And unless the Royals put the wood to the Johnnies on 11/11, I think you'll have a lot of them right here.

How do we put up a poll so we can see who lines up with this Chuck Norris obsession?  Let's see, MR and ... maybe royalanchovie ... and ... ?

Buckman

So, who is making the trip to Moorhead this weekend?  I'm 99% sure that I'll be there, however, it probably won't be until just before gametime.

Kilted Rat

Kilted Rat,
It is futile to try to have a good comeback against you....+k ;D
You know damn right. Your daughter, she kicked my dog.

Davis is money.  We had good times studying BioChem together!
Ironically he's taking biochem right now here. Never knew good times could be had while studying biochem. Sounds a lot like having fun at a funeral.

In response to the kicker comment, I have to tell you that I got in on 2 plays as outside linebacker against Hamline in 2002...so, ha! :-*
I got in for 1 attempt as a PAT kicker in 7th grade. I nailed the center in the arse square on. From that day on I was the center and never allowed to kick at practice.

TDT, on the other hand,
I just have to sit back and wonder if your little 4 yr. old brother gets ahold of your username and password, no one can actually be that ridiculous.
TDT's bro is like 21. I got a hold of his username and password once :)

I'm not totally sure why I'm doing this, but I do want to put in my two cents!  I jumped on this site last year and enjoyed visiting with many of the same posters that are still here.  I have been reading post since the weekend and I do feel there are people that share stuff here out of hate or just not liking another program.  I happen to be at CC/Bethel game this weekend.  I went because I enjoy football and I to was once a football coach.  I know a few of the coaches and I spent the day with an old football teammate (NWC).  We spent the entire game watching from the endzone, Snelling street side, away from the scoreboard.  I share this because if you have never watched a game from that position, you miss alot of stuff that you don't see from the stands.  Remember, I once was a coach, so I see things from there that alot of people wouldn't see otherwise.  What's my point??  Bethel dominated the game on defense!  Before I share anymore, I'm responding to the angry, none Bethel supporters!  I won't mention you by names, you'll have to read back a few post to see who wrote this stuff.  One post wrote that CC was in the red zone several time, 6/7 times, I'm not sure that is true.  I remember 4/5 times.  They only came away with 7 points all day, and that drive started inside the 40 yard line due to a BU fumble.  Keep in mind that the defense just left the field seconds earlier on a very hot day!  If it wasn't for a personal foul, that drive might of ended as well.  What it did, is it put CC inside the 10, 1st and goal!
Another point, CC gain 90 yards for the day, rushing that is.  A team that averages at least 250+ a game every year!! I'd have to say BU dominated against the run.   CC's first drive consist of 15-16 plays, which 45 of those yards were from rushing.  Of those 45 yards, I'll bet 15-20 of those yards are from the QB running for yardage on pass plays, plays that BU defense keep from CC throwing the ball.  From our point of view, BU's game plan was to stop the run, which CC does very well, nomally!  My point, 45 yards on the 1st drive, 1/2 of those yards from a flushed QB who couldn't throw the ball.  That leaves 45 total yards for the rest of the day!!  I'd have to say BU's defensive run D has to be very good, especially against a team that primarilly runs the football.  Correct me if I'm wrong!  Do I think BU's team is the best in the league, I can't say that, I haven't seen other teams play.  I do know this from what I watched on Saturday; BU has a very good back in Porta, a solid QB and 2 very good receivers, a very athletic offensive line.  The special teams were good at best, good punter,  so-so kickoff guy!!  The defense, solid interior 7, #37 is the real deal!!  Outside LB's as good as I've seen in a long time.  Inside LB's very quick and athletic!  Secondary, wasn't tested much, although had 2/3 picks.  I don't know people, I think BU has a very nice team.  Keep in mind this is coming from a guy that for many years didn't like the football team from down the road on snelling!!  Back then, I'd love to have played them, not so sure now!  Thanks for reading and I'd love to hear back from those that read this!  I'm new this year, so be nice!!

Remember folks, he used to be a coach ::)

Scrubby, think what you'd like, but if Bethel should happen to make it through the rest of the season unscathed, SJU will put a world of hurt on them.

Oh yeah, almost forgot.

Today on my 1st day of my cardiology rotation, I got to put a pacemaker in pretty much by myself!

I "helped" my attending physician put the first one in then he had me do 90% of putting the 2nd one in.

Best news of all, both patients are doing great and still alive as of 5:13 PM tonight!

Yeah, gonna kill em Just like last time Bethel played at Collegeville in '03!  more like worldofhurtville!  They blow everyone out at worldofhurtville, especially unranked Eau Claire!  Bethel, Olaf and Cordie might as well quit now before they have to play in worldofhurtville again!

Well, like I said, I'm not sure why I wrote anything!  Too many know-it-all's out here!

Touchdown Tommy

Now that is the spirit AO...  ;D

MR: Get a clue chief.  You Bethel posters are annoying (inferiority complex, always the bridesmaid NEVER the bride).  Like I said before, this doesn't come from just the Johnnie posters, but rather a smorgasbourg of other posters from around the MIAC.  Tmerton is a newbie, but he has been baptized by fins at the Stiftungsfestivities and obviously a fast learner.  Bethel does suck.

FrankRickard: Could you please post a pic of your Bethel fb t-shirt?

I don't know maybe, Wins and Losses. ::)

Maybe you all down in Arden Hills have a different take on things...  :o
