Yep, its a proud day.  BU holds Carleton to 1 d*** yard rushing, and we cough up the ball 3 times...  RJ Jackson who ever the f*** he thinks he is gains next to nothing, yeah you loser, you had nothing to do with the loss, not the win, It had everything to do with the O giving the pill away 4 times.  I guess having 2 O starters out to surgery this week hurt, but we have one loss, and this year is far from over.  TDT this would be a good time for you to shut your hole, your team sucked today(I dont want to hear a win is a win, you little weasle, go ahead put this in quotes, as KR is thirsty tonight, you will be as empty as Bethel feels tonight by the end of the year.  And all of this from a Bethel poster approaching half way in the season..  I think Olaf will beat you, and that will make this season really interesting.  I would have let this game go, until I saw your mug avatar, and your really lame comments following the SJU stomp over the cobbers >  The Johnnies might suck, but at least they play today, you play ground hog day over, and over, and over.  Go ahead smart ass,  something about your record now from years ago is appropriate.  YOU SUCK. no wonder Coleman threw you out of here....

Damn...just spit my Hamms on the screen reading this one.... I'll give ya the fact you are passionate, but you are no rocket scientist......Two things

1) TDT is by no means a "little weasel", he's a large human  ;D
2) 3/12 = 25% = one quarter

Anyways, how bout them Gusties breaking the losing streak against Hamline.  After we work St. Olaf next week, everyone will want to hop on the bandwagon.

Oh yeah, I'm not drunk, but kinda close.

Jessie Nelson is my cousin's son.  I've known his  dad, Dave Nelson, since I was a little kid.  Glad to see Jessie is playing well, hopefully not too good today!

??? ??? ??? ROR it must be the meds talking. I have known all my cousins since I was a little kid too ;)

Not the meds, just poor writing skills.  His mother is my cousin.  His dad, not my cousin, I have known since childhood.  I'm from Minnesota, not Arkansas. ;)

Walked into the Chatterbox Pub in St. Paul tonight wearing an SJU Football sweatshirt and had about 3 or 4 young fellas all say "Go Johnnies" with high fives all around.  My wife just rolled her eyes!  She just doesn't understand!

Faunch, my dear Bennie wife of 22 years doesn't get it.  Never did.  Never will.
She thinks I have some weird obsession.

Thank God for Johnnie football, Hamms beer (and a few others) and post patterns.

I prefer to forget said night.  The only time in my life the Goofers fooled me into thinking thy were any good.

I agree about wanting to forget.  I would have to say it was the LAST time the rodents fooled me.

Frank,  just checking in to see if you are drunk enough yet to make a bet on the Gusties for October 14?  They are looking damn good but I'll take the bet straight up.  You name the amount.   ;D

I'll take the bet and come up with some stakes...I'm still pissed that my buddy thought it would be a good idea to have a wedding on October 14th and have me be a groosman so I have to miss the best game of the year

I would like to take this time to advise you that this could come back to haunt you all year long. You might want to be more careful with your emotional outbursts. Some don't taste all that good no matter how much seasoning you put on them.

You know that she's still trying to train you - I've got a lot more than 22 and mine is still trying to train me.   :D

How is the old Perkins in Highland Park? Is it worth a vist sometime? Food? Drink? Which should I go there for?

The food is ok....what is really cool is the décor.  It's like walking into the basement of a house decorated in the 1970/1980's.  Old couches are all over the place and you can play old video games (Nintendo and Sega) on flat screens while sitting on the couch drinking beer.  They also have complimentary board games as well as FREE Golden Tee and PGA Tour.

faunch, nor does anybody else.   Listen to your wife before John tries to recruit her.....................

Yeah it's hard to understand why someone would be passionate about following a  team that has won conference championships and actually can win playoff game or two?

From Shooter's column:

QuoteFormer Macalester College football coach Dennis Czech has accepted a sales position with Herff Jones for academic graduation products.

How fast it can all fall. At least it's not Jostens and their green rings.
