Funny stuff here, now that I've read the 100 or so posts since I last glanced at the board less than 6 hours ago.
I want to say first that I apologize for making political comments on the board as I should know better. I would hate to have my own opinions on something other than football get in the way of the fellowship I have enjoyed here and the friends I've met at games along the way that I met here first.

I had some time to think about this as I took off from work about 4 and went out to the lake to put the pontoon away for the season. Picked up a 6 pack of Oktoberfest beer and it was such a beautiful day I putted around in circles until sunset chasing gulls and coots. So the pontoon therapy (and I suppose the Oktoberfest) gave me a chance to reflect on things.

Foss- hilarious post on "Ghilardi"

Freebird- just what the hell are you smokin dude? You call out those with "class" and others who are "classless" but I see my name nowhere. Now I feel like I'm in some sort of MIACPP purgatory.  ???

tmerton - your comments re: MNF remind me of the Lou Holtz school of broadcasting: "Just keep talking until you think of something to say.

JR- if Paris ever had a taste of the Stiffy burger, ther's no way she'd ever be caught driving around looking for an In & Out Burger.

ROR- buy a cheap camera, take 20 shots and post 'em all. By the time you come off the Vicodin and sort through your 3.5 million shots and post a few, we may all be gone.

So peace to all, and keep the fun going!

I think Paris has gotten her fair share of taste of stiffy...burgers...
Heaven isn't too far away,

I just have one question...Why is Paris driving herself around, doesn't she pay someone to drive for her whether she is drinking or not?

Freebird,
Oh my gosh are you a dad?  Frick, I think Duffman and KR, after meeting them once and talking back and forth on this board, they are witty and hilarious and great, classy guys.  Just because they speak their minds doesn't mean they are classless...heck, we need more people that have balls and can speak their minds rather than being politcally correct tools.

I have never met TDT, and, personally, I think he just likes getting rises out of all of us SJU-haters, but that is his perogative (sp?).  Yeah, most of the time I think he is a giant tool box, LIKE ME, but he speaks his mind and I respect that.  It is when someone attacks someone else personally when it gets out of hand.  So, in that regard, you telling people that they are classless based on a D3football message board (where trash talk runs rampent) without knowing them personally is pretty classless on your part.

Seriously, I know you are a BU fan and I know you are a good guy, but stop being everyone's dad and giving BU a bad name!

Mighty Royal

Well put.   My dad always said if you can't take it then, don't dish it out.

MR, you are the one person who really changed my (negative) stereotype of all things Bethel football.  You and I went around a little bit 2 years ago and I thought you were an ass.  I'm sure you thought as much of me.  (Still might for that matter  ;D)  You are a big reason I cut guys a lot of slack before making my opinions of people on here.

I can't count the times you've made me laugh.

Oh, I almost forgot.  Bethel Sucks. :)

I don't make the descriptions ROR, that duty is left to OAS.  But I still don't see where it mentions that I "shotgun" beers.  Time for bed old man rivers!!!

I think of the MIACPP as a sort of pub.  The traditional English pub was typically divided by a wall into two serving areas.  On one side was the saloon with nice furniture, carpets on the floor, cushions on the seats, etc., while on the other side the public bar was working class with bare boards, hard seats, sometimes with sawdust to absorb the spitting, and cheap beer.

I think you're looking for the carpets and cushions of the saloon when it appears that the MIACPP is bare boards, hard seats and sawdust - in short a public bar.

Very well put.  Are you sure you're not an SJU graduate?

Now if you guys would quit posting so much I'd sort through my 4.7billion photos and get them posted.  It's taking me a little longer because some of you guys are so ugly I didn't want to post them without a little photo shop first.

Sorry, I misquoted.  Chugging, not shotgunning.  No response on the rent a cops, I see. :-*

Like I told your jerk friend KR yesterday, I'm almost always up until the early news is over at 10pm.

Speaking of KR, he's MIA today.  Maybe he got that gynecology rotation after all. ;D

I would imagine that if Paris ever ventured to the Stiffyfest, her eyes would light up at the sight of a nice, big, juicy brat, Maybe she would get them introduced at In-N-Out.

I will be in mourning for the next few days as a result of the passing of one of the great gentlemen of golf, Lord Byron Nelson. He would have wanted me to point out, however, that one does not "golf three rounds...." one would play three rounds of golf.

MR - I happen to enjoy your daily Chuck Norris Homage.

ritz72

I like the ring to the "Ritz is Drunk Rule"......

Too bad I am usually up at this time working on a massive paper for my Ed. Specialist Degree...  Kind of funny that I am classless, but am still taking classes!   ???

I'm thinking Klobachaur V. Kennedy in a hot oil wrestling match inside the Pace Arrow!

"If the Pace Arrow is a rockin', don't come a knockin"!!!"

I think a more fitting name for the Festivus on Saturday would be,

"Because there are things even monkeys won't do"  Personally, I plan to hose down all the candidates with Hamm's after reclaiming my shotgunning title!

Just thought I'd share the paragraph I wrote in my paper....I read it and have a 'Frank the Tank' moment!!

Company X has a very polar dichotomy between the dominate group's ideology and the subordinates interpretation of that same ideology.  Through coercion and a domination of all the aspects of the culture, total control of all aspects of the organization lie with the owner.  In theory and in practice, he has created a culture that engrains his ideology into the actions and thoughts of all the subordinate groups.

Sounds to me like the Mustang Ranch is Company X.  All that talk about domination leads me to my conclusion.   Am I close?

p.s.  I think you mean "dominant", not "dominate" in the first sentence.  In the last, "ingrains" rather than "engrains."  I've been been getting spelling and grammar lessons from Professor Fins. >:(

If I am close on my guess, I'd be happy to proof read the whole thing.   8)
