Anyone see the Gophers hockey game last night? They looked weak in the first period, but came on and dominated the second and third even though they couldn't dent the "Monsterosity". With about eight Freshment in the lineup, they have a rosy future when they get some experience.

The odd thing about hockey is that many players are drafted when they are 18 so they already "belong" to a pro team even when they are in college.

They should limit the number of lousy Canucks they can play on US hockey teams. Both Maine and the "SuE" (I like that) seem to be rife with the north of the border types.

Based on last year, and from his inclusion on MIAC player of the week at least once this year, I was expecting to hear Bechdol's name being called a lot more. Who's responsible for handling him today?
