Are the burgers going to be larger, dumber and harder to eat due to raiderguy's involvement?

In the meantime, here's another vote:

http://www.coachoftheyear.com/index.aspx

I voted for Ramler.  Quite deserving, in my opinion, considering what he inherited, when he inherited it, and what he's done.  No other coach in the conference, given what they had coming back (Porta and an OL at BU; receiving corps at Stolaf; SJU reloads), should be laying claim to this award.
Good choice I could have done that but I voted already unless this is like a Cook County election and I can vote early and often.  8)

Retagent - Raiderguy may see to it that you don't get a burger at all after that comment.  And I think that Raiderguy would tell you that SJU is his #2 favorite football team which is fine in my book.

Duff and Fins - I plan on arriving about 9 a.m.  If Sumander is bringing his brats then I will pick up other goodies for the game.  Duff, pick up cheese and mustard and some chips. You will need about 50 slices of cheese as we will split them in half.  I'll look into a meat and cheese tray or shrimp tray.

Fins - do you have an extra card table and some table cloths?
Go Johnnies!!!

Sounds good, Veek.  I'll be there by 9:30.

Damn, this looks like a job for me.  :D

If it wasn't for the Cardiac Kids, 'er the Blue Devils homecoming vs. hated rival Eau Claire I would come see you guys.  :-\

Snowing like a banshee in Brooklyn Park right now.  Have I mentioned that I hate winter?

Bob, we wish you and your cheese tray were visiting us this weekend, too!  Hopefully, you can make a trip over for a playoff game ( assuming the Johnnies win out). :)

Playoff game sounds good Duff. Obviously my home squad won't be in them.  :-[

Tonight I will be freezing my a## off watching the home High School team (#1 in the state D-2) take on River Falls.

Hopefully it will be running time before the half, as is the norm.

BDB: You have running time in WI when the score gets outta hand?  What are the parameters of this rule?  I don't ever remember such a thing when I played in MN.

I still don't see anyone in charge of the jello shots.  This is a critical piece to holding a successful Lutherans event.

A couple of thoughts...I saw the Munson plane after the crash. He was trapped in the plane and the instructor couldn't get him out in time.

Second..autographs! that will be great but I think you should be prepared to admit you bet on baseball.

How much are you charging?

Raiderguy: Autos are free, but limiited to 1 per person.  Photos with TDT, however, will be a 5 dollar donation to the Stiftungsfestivities...Yea I saw a very well done piece on ESPN last night about the Munson crash in '79.  I didn't know much about him other than the '76 MVP or the incident but it was tragic.  Landing 600ft short of the runway and having the other 2 passengers survive.  Not sure how you would cope with that if you were those 2 guys.  Makes me thankful for everyday!

I actually have a friend who got moved up to starting catcher when Munson got killed. He is a Carver native.

I also sent the guest book along with Raiderguy for everyone to sign in. Veek, Fins has my table, tablecloth and a few other accessories that would normally be there if I were present. Hope this helps.

JR--I assume you are talking about Brad Gulden, correct?  Didn't he get once get traded for a player to be named later... who turned out to be Brad Gulden?

Yes, JR entrusted me with everything but the Paris Hilton CD.  :'(

TDT is right, we need a jello-shot volunteer. Step up fellas.

Forecast is for 49 and sunny. Will actually feel pretty good after today. 8)

Fins; Are we talking shovel-able snowfall?  Sounds downright miserable from this part of the globe...

Naw, the ground is warmer than the air, so it's melting.

But on a warmer note, I met this girl last night. I think it was her t-shirt that first attracted me...

Veek; Are you afraid to go head to head with Sumanders brats?  Also interesting that Elder Veek made the trip to Northfield last weekend, but you were NOT spotted....
