The UST SID did a nice piece on my son and his high school teamate at http://www.stthomas.edu/tommies/news.cfm?ArticleID=4512 for those of you interested.  I am obvioulsy pretty proud of him, both on and off the field

Knights,

You deserve to be proud of him and brag about him.  Great story.

I assume he got the brains from his mother?   ;D

1. Quit being cordial and nice to the Tommies.

2. Are you gonna let Willy W rip you like that?

Interesting day in the MIAC PP.  I will say this.  It isn't just one school saying what a scum bag Meidt is.  Oles might want to note that...

It's just too easy.  I'm going to let Veek handle this one.

Kilted,

Pat McKenzie Sr. will probably want to retire from his role as team doc for the Slackers
in a few more years.  Maybe a role for you after your Naval stint.  :)

God willing! That would be the definition of a dream job!

I am actually hoping to do a rotation there at some point in time, maybe use the fact that I graduated with Pat to get an in.

RT,
KR's been busy as hell, rotations require a lot more time during the day than classes did hence the marked decreased in posting during the 9-5 hours.

SJU looking good enough to win every week so far, the boys need to shore some areas up if they wanna make a run. How are the Engineers looking? Any stud EngiNegro's on the team this year?

Rat...yes, it sucks when work interferes w/ posting. Hard to keep up appearances in the LL when I have to pay the damn bills...

2006 RPI is a dissapointment. We're 3-2 but basically out of the conference title picture and, thus, the NCAA's too. All hopes were killed last week in a gut wrenching loss at St.Lawrence...we had a 3 TD lead going into the 4th quarter and lost at the end. We have a couple of all americans on offense and most of last year's team back. RPI was everyone's darling pick to win the LL and make a run deep into the NCAA's w/ this veteran squad..several of those who played against SJU in 2003. But like anything else, preseason predictions didn't mean jack and now we're kicking ourselves. QB is great and only a Soph so he'll be back. RPI's problem is that we're lethal as underdogs but not so good at being favorites.

Good luck SJU!!!

Wow! I guess the Bears are more like SJU v. Cobbers-find a way to win. :)

ROR-
Thanks and yeah you are right, his mom has the smarts, and lets not encourage TDT to procreate, for the sake of mankind.  One TDT is enough, wouldn't you agree?
I figured us older guys would appreciate the article moreso than the young guns.
My god my Bears were fortunate to win but wow what an amazing finish.

I thought for sure I'd get something out of you on the "Slackers" reference.  You are really slipping.  8)

It hurt, but then I just went online to the Packers' website and looked at our 3 Beautiful Super Bowl Trophies, then I went to the vikes' site and couldn't find any picture of Viking Super Bowl trophies, that must be an error, the Vikes were in the big game like 4 times, right? They had to have won at least once, right?
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Johnnie Red

Anyone out there listen to the sound clip of coach Denny Green after the loss to Da Bears last night? So glad he is not coaching in Minnesota.

TDT, there was no mention by my little girl of even knowing your cousins.

Amazing what a few days of training in the high altitude will do. Couldn't believe how fast I could run yesterday.

Fins, be sure and clean off the grills for the Stiftungsfestivities this Saturday when the Pipers come to Collegeville.

DuffMan

I forgot to mention this earlier.  I caught a preview of one of the wonderfully obscene shirts for the Johnnie/Tommie game in 2006.
