Bethel doesn't have a chance in hell at a playoff berth if they end up with 2 losses.

Okay, I revised my statement.  I don't see it happening.

Don't drink the BU kool-aid.  Ha, no way Bethel gets in with 2 losses.  Now Carleton is an up and coming team in the MIAC.  But they are still light years away from the playoffs.  Losing to them says it all.  Not sure the West Region deserves 8 teams this year.  Perhaps an extra team from the Northern IL/Chicago area gets sent West.

I also got a PM from Scrubby41 like KR did.  While apparently it is against the holy commandments of Pat to post the message here, the gist is that he wanted to know why i "hate BU so much"?  Well...

1. Holier than thou attitude

2. #1 cheap shot artists in the MIAC

3. No playoff wins

4. Big yappers and really no reason to have them

5. Steve Johnson

6. Historical events (early 90s playoff voting, etc.)

I didn't edit it because Pat thought it was innappropriate, but because he felt the need to prove me wrong.  Regardless, you can see my original post in the quote contained in his message.

Also, don't let Scrubby distract you from the #1 duty this week--to reiterate the fact that TOMMIES SUCK.  We can worry about Bethel after this weekend.  Chances are, they'll drop a game in the mean time and 11/11 will be meaningless.

I think if the butt pirates of Whitworth beat Linfield, BC(u) gets in even if they lose at St. Johns - assuming its a respectable showing. 

While neither of the IIAC teams Bethel beat are show stoppers, both are wins over another conference in the West.

Essentially, I'm saying that with a little help, a 2 loss BC(u) team could get in as the #8 in the West.

...and with a little surgical help, TDT could pick up chicks ala a single KR, but I don't see either one happening. 

I realize some 2 loss teams got in last year, but unless Bethel plays SJU close, like last second FG close, I don't see them deserving a spot.

I am focused fellas.  Just had to let everyone know that KR wasn't the only one who was so obnoxiously PM'ed.  

ROR: Most would argue that BU is STILL the best cheap shot artist.  In the pile, nut grabs, etc.  STO is just stupid to do it right in front of the zebras.

Easy now KR.  KR picked up "Pub sluts" in his day.  TDT prefers a little classier girl.  You know a quiet evening, maybe a sunset at the beach, and a picnic (Dusty, Megan Wicker?).  BTW: Don't be CRAZY, no way on God's green earth does BU deserve a spot in the playoffs unless they win the MIAC title.  Past years of getting stomped when it counts are all the evidence the committee needs.

FYI: Willy Wonka was "playing" Mark Chmura last night.  Sources close to the situation say that he was in a hot tub with 3 15 yr old high school girls he covers for the Red Wing fishwrapper...
