I'm not being anywhere close to critical of the esteemed Johnnies performance.  I'm only wondering if Gags is "coach" in title only - really great pub for St. J's to have the all-time winningest coach, but does he even do any coaching anymore??

You're right Duff, you guys have won more games.  We should all just stop supporting our institutions.  You all have won the game of the life.

This gets brought up every year.  2002 was my senior season and John still did lots of coaching then.  The defense is run by Jerry Haugen and Gary Fasching.  John and Jim Gagliardi run the offense.  Make no mistake.  John controls the show.  He definitely is not just a figurehead.

I didn't say that you should stop supporting your institution, but if you're gonna insult a coach that I admire very much, you should expect to get put in your place.

This continues to be the case per what I am told by current players (as well as what I have seen observing practices and games). ;)

To those unfamiliar with the situation....

If the faithful didn't appreciate and recognize the significant and overwhelming contributions of the sage John Gagliardi, we wouldn't be witnessing the blessings and  prosperity that is available to all who venture to Collegeville.  8)

Finsleft and the rest of the Div. III crew...

What are the chances SJU gets moved to the east or south region as a number 1 seed?

I particulary would like a comment from Fisnleft as his football related posts recently have been "swami" like!

Developing.... ;D

You are wise to seek my opinion, oh Dusthopper.
Although I would like to see SJU moved to the Mexican region and all playoff games venued in Cancun, there are two chances of SJU playing anywhere but the West, slim and none.

Focus fellas focus...

The cronies from Bethel are trying to divert attention away from the impending Monkey Stomp to occur in approximately 11 days.

Keep your focus...

TDT,
They'll be lucky to escape from their game on November 4th with a win.  Rumor has it Haege will be waving his shirt around in attempts to rally some Auggie Tech support.

KR, I would greatly appreciate as a loyal BU fan, if you or anyone else knows the whereabouts of White Silly, please stick a feather on him and let nature takes its course......  the reefer madness is getting really embarassing. Cheese, fo'rozzle my nozzle, which means in the urban dictionary "originated from a typing mistake that turned out to actually spell something.. do you know nothing about karma.  The winningest coach of all time, and we question wether he can coach?  This guy speaks in a few weeks in San Antonio with Jo Pa and I dont know who else?
And if you know this Amaru Silly, tell him to stick a bong in it and call back in the spring...  and KR, if you get a bead on this guy, your gonna have to really lead him,  cause he is already way out there..........  Of course this all in jest... :-\

There I go and did it again, another backhanded compliment to the Johnnie faithful ::)

Congrats to the other Minnesota Benedictine college for adding football.  Perhaps they'll give Northwestern a run for their money in a few years in the Light Baptist/Benedictine Tilt.

It would be like a JV Bethel/SJU game!!!  ;D

What is the Johnnie posters take on the bye week? Does it help or hurt them.  And how does this change their practice routine?
