I, on the other hand, am an arrogant prick!

But not a classless as*hole! ;D

I believe that name is reserved for our Johnnie Fan Club (or is it just for the TDT chapter?)

Happy bday and +k to Frank. :-* Happy Anna Friday and +k to BDB. :-*  And good luck to this weekend's targets now that hunting season has started - and hopefully that will not include any of you (at least Dick Cheney is occupied with the elections ;)).

TM, I believe TDT is the President of the CAC - SJU Chapter. The rest of us are just his minion's!!!

Also from Shooter's column today:

SI.com in support of Gophers football coach Glen Mason: "How is it possible the Gophers have been to more bowl games in the past seven years (six) than they had their entire previous history? And how it is possible that Minnesota has more former tailbacks in the NFL right now (Marion Barber, Laurence Maroney and Thomas Tapeh) than either Ohio State or Michigan? It's all pretty remarkable

Here's where I put Stuart Mendal in a box. Michigan has Anthony Thomas, BJ Askew and Chris Perry in the league. Last time I checked, that isn't less than three. Do your homework SI boy.

Has anyone heard from Raiderguy?  I am getting a little nervous.  Did they kidnap him in Alliance last weekend and force him to disclose EVERYTHING he has seen from the Johnnies this season?  Something is fishy here, he has been way too quiet since the trip to see MUCk play Capital...

Ritzy: Are you gonna lay down the law?  You sound like the kind of "Principal" that TDT would laughed at in middle school...

Tmerton: Keep up the backhanded compliments.  We'll be having a chat bright and early on 11-11.  Might want to leave the wife at home...

Frank: Are you partying with the Miller Lite girls tonite?  Keep us posted, remember to call fins if you get in any trouble...

Something is fishy...Raiderguy disappeared about the same time JR's Paris Hilton CD turned up missing...hmmmm?

How about this clip? I'd say the husband is an evangelist...

This leaves a question begging to be asked ... at what age did the young Finses start driving dad home?  ::)

Even I'd say 7 is too young. I waited until mine turned 9 or 10.

I'll send out the Carver County deputies to Chanhassen to see if they can track down Raiderguy. I will keep you posted.

Speaking of Paris Hilton, I did stop at a pawn shop in Mpls. on Lake Street yesterday and purchased a red and white hat that has a dollar sign on the front of the hat and another dollar sign on the brim. If nothing else, I should feel more welcome in the `hood and at Auggie Tech, especially if I wear the hat sideways or completely turned around. All I have to do now is get a red `do rag. Might have to add a Snoop Dog cd to the collection.

BJ Askew is still in the NFL?

Also, yipee, the gophers have gone to 7 bowl games under mason. The thing that programs look for, as we all know, is continued improvement. Meaning, you cant go to the Toilet, er, Music City Bowl every year. Eventually they are going to want you to finish higher the 5th or 6th in your own conference. Middle of the pack may be good in the SEC, but in the Big 10, that isnt that impressive.

Also, thier dependence on their running game is too much. Granted, it has produced some amazing backs the past couple years. But if you look at it, thats what they system was meant to do. Bethel runs the same thing (Johnson was a gopher assistant), and so does Denver. The difference between the Broncos and their college counterparts is that they have had a steady passing game to compliment it.

Tapeh, Barber, Maroney, Mike Johnson and Phil Porta, they are all amazing backs at their respective level, but what set their programs back is the inability to develop a consistent passing game. Sure, once in a while Wetzell will go off with a 250 yard game against GAC or Hamline, but for the most part, its a one-dimensional game plan.

How about the fact that Ohio State had 6 players drafted in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft?  How about the fact that instead of getting better after going to awesome bowl games like the Sun Bowl, Music City Bowl, etc. they are now getting worse and will end up last in the Big Ten this year?

I'D like to take this opportunity to thank all the people who have made it possible for myself to reach the 500 post plateau.

And now a word from our sponser: (in verse)

People come from far and near,
to trash talk, banter, and talk of Hamms Beer

The Classless Asshole Club is a highly selective crew
who cheer and root for our beloved and often undefeated SJU

There are many others who lurk around as well,
and often they tell me to take the express lane to hell

There's Frank who always likes to claim
He had the best trap block ever in the game

JR is the always the man of the hour,
who is always humble, hardly ever weilding his power

KR is stuck in Iowa working on the MD
badmouthing senseless idiots (AO) with never ending glee

Duff sits in his cube all day long
thinking of insults and different ways to use a bong

Fins is always wishing to head south
oogling young co-eds with drool running out of his mouth

Veek is the man we call the "beermaker"
Who deep down inside has a huge crush on Dean Laker

Tmerton is a man who is new to the bunch
Someday soon his son will be eating the Royals for lunch

BDB is the man who married up, we all know
with a woman from Little Falls running the show

105 sits and cheers with all of his heart,
and sits hoping that one day Coborns will let him push the cart

ROR has been healing from a painful disease,
and its getting spendy for him paying women to please  ::)

Bennie's out west spying on the Left Side
which is good as it keeps TDT out of her bushes trying to hide

ZIP sticks around and keeps issues at hand
and his wife is not scared to teach kids to pound sand

Mighty is a man who soccer he did play
and his fascination with Chuck Norris is really, truly........g.........okay

Cobber and BU can bring it with the best
and really do realize all is said in jest...

That leaves us with one that is too hard to leave out...
Or else he curl up in a ball, suck his thumb, and pout

We all know this man by the pink that he wears,
the ways he spews words not with a thought of who cares

TDT is the one who was the one who was had the nix
who is now kept happy at a lovely -666

The Great Space Coaster had Gary Gnu,
it is fitting cause he reminds of all of the "guru"

The 11th draws near, and all in the Johnnie camp sit at the chomp
knowing its a given the Bethel will get the "stomp"

Out!
