Just a friendly reminder to everyone to get out and vote today!  I think that's something even Johnnies, Tommies, Bethels, Cobbers, Gusties, Oles, etc. can agree on.

And I don't want to make any endorsements, but I sure hope some candidates get Pawlenty of votes while others get Klobber-charred (take that, ROR).

Election day humor...

Five surgeons from big cities are discussing who are the best patients to operate on.

The first surgeon, from New York ,says, "I like to see accountants on my
operating table, because when you open them up, everything inside is
numbered."
The second, from Chicago , responds, "Yeah, but you should try
electricians! Everything inside them is color coded."

The third surgeon, from Dallas , says, "No, I really think librarians are the
best, everything inside them is in alphabetical order."

The fourth surgeon, from Los Angeles chimes in: "You know, I like
construction workers...those guys always understand when you have
a few parts left over."

But the fifth surgeon, from Washington, DC shut them all up when he
observed: "You're all wrong. Politicians are the easiest to operate on.
There' s no guts, no heart, no balls, no brains and no spine, and the head
and the ass are interchangeable."

Too bad TC, you bet on the wrong horses. :'(

I know the Hurricanes did something like this last year and look where their season ended! ;D

One nice thing in Oregon is that we have mail in ballots. I dropped mine off last night! No standing in line at the polls here! ;D

That would be cool bennie.  :)

My hockey trips are many indeed, but always by car and to local towns like this Sunday when we have to be at the rink at 8:00am  :P  and caravan to Altoona.

Hey fins, maybe you should put a poll up on here for a day and have the posters vote for Govenor. See how the board leans and if it matches the final results.

Take a look at the KARE 11 Prep sports Hot Highlight- give a vote for our Sandlot QB and his run!    ;D

It was a nice run. J/K. Good season up there at NL-S.

Any Bethel fans know where Kirchoff is these days? I hear he is from Hutch, and I wouldn't mind getting his take on a few subjects for the paper.
