TDT, the cities are clear (maybe a dusting in the southern areas) but Mankato to Rochester picked up/is picking up about 4 inches.

A tradition unrivaled...

tmert- my prayers and condolences on your loss.

So Augsburg beats Hamline last night to end both their seasons, and the Cobbers play in the Fargodome tonight.  What a season!

You can count Menomonie in on getting snow bitched.

Got about 2" and it's coming down hard.

Time to find the shovel so I don't get sued for a slip and fall.  :P

DuffMan

If they warm up at 8:30, won't they be too tired by the time 1:00 rolls around?  Maybe they will have a good excuse for getting bitch-slapped, then ;D

BDB, in a few years, your kids will be old enough to shovel.  Then, you can kick up your feet and enjoy a Hamm's while they do the dirty work ;)

Yeah, and then they'll expect me to pay 'em.  :D

Sure wish I was going to be in Collegeville tomorrow.

Instead my hockey squad takes on Eau Claire at 2:00. First game o' the season.

Yeah, that's when you tell them, "Why do you think I had kids?"

Bethel's got some hogs up front.  O-line averages 6'2" 291lbs.  All the more fun for our d-line to run rampant on!!!

Where is tmerton?  We haven't heard from him in a while.

Just got back from OK.  My mother died suddenly, so it was family gathering time.  She was 90 and was ready to go but it still sucks.  #1 and #2 sons were there but we got #2 up bright and early this morning for a 6:00 am flight so he could get back for practice today.  He'll be ready Saturday, as I suspect will all the Johnnies.  See you at the tailgate.  :)

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My prayers go out to you and your family. Have a safe trip to Collegeville.

QuoteA couple of hours before I had back to CO for the Air Force/ND game....this has got to be one time in which SJU fans are jealous of a BU fan?

MR, why on earth would they rather see a military academy (whose team is inferior to navy anyway) take on an overrated ND team whose defense probly would get burned by a good flag football team (lone exception being Zibikowski)?

As I recall, the '03 Johnnies did OK against the Purple Raiders whose OL averaged about 15lbs per man more than the Denver Broncos.  :D

I used to love playing against the big boys.  The majority of them are nothing special (there's a reason they play DIII ball ;)).  Anyone else remember those goliaths from Stevens Point in 2001?  I felt tiny next to them!
