Just got back from the store - "free" Norton Systemsworks and Firewall (if you fill out all the fricken rebate forms) and then a stop at the grocer for beer, pretzels, etc.  If I'm lucky and Wonka isn't this day could be a three-fer - Johnnies win, Irish win and Skunkbears don't get a rematch.   That would be sweet.

I'm in the folks' computer room, radio's on, turkey II is being carved as we speak, I'm about ready to crack the day's first PBR, and I got to listen to the Light of the Way pregame show for about 45 minutes on the way over.  Observations:

--Johnnie coaches spent some time examining the field, the radio crew noted that Gonzaga's field was noticably spongy.

--The pregame predictions ranged from 28-7 to 45-10 (Old Man Carr)--all Johnnie blowouts.

--Coleman did about a 5 minute interview, stating that there were no real shockers in Round 1, Round 2's biggest suprises wouldn't be upsets, just how close some of the games are, picked the Johnnies to beat Whitworthless, and said the Pirate QB not being able to scramble would really hurt an offense that isn't all that great to begin with.

Off to get a couple turkey drumsticks in me, and back for kickoff.

Yeah, Beaver's in and it looks like he's getting the majority of the carries.  Sounds like both TDs were through the air, however.
