I just =K'd Duffman to put him at 418.

John's number of wins at SJU now stands at 419.

I propose that Duffman's karma be permanently kept at the number
of wins John racks up at SJU.  419 for now, 420 Sat. pm.

I second that idea-- though a karma of 420 permanently would be cool too.  I suppose we could save that for Wooderson, though-- it's more fitting for the moniker...

"alright alright all right"

We'd better get cracking then if that's the target.  :D

there are few things i love more than a Notre Dame loss. It is exactly what every non-biased person saw coming, although I previously predicted a 17 point win for the Trojans. Forced to pick between the lesser of two evils, I'm glad the Trojans won. I couldnt have handled the hype of Notre Dame in a national championship game. Does anyone realize the last time they won a title was 1988?

Ii am pretty psyched about the Big 12 title game though, huskers vs. OU has shades of the glory days of the Big 8

The epic 1971 Nebraska/Oklahoma match-up was one of the first college football games this poster ever watched. (If I recall correctly, that was when Nebraska had Johnnie Rodgers & Co.)

You are correct. That was the true "Game of the Century", dont let any people try to convince you that it was the '66 Irish/Michigan State battle.

and if any fellow bethel posters get pissed at me, dont get started. This is all in fun, I dont need more emails about my "negativity" or "bitterness". Its a real shame a man cant joke about his teams misfortunes

Agreed.

I think we should target his karma for the number of Steve Johnson's playoff wins. ;D

Wonka and Frank-you guys making the trip to UWW? Better than playing XBox or watching Florida.

Duff,

Wow, how many games will that be for not being in attendance?

How do you feel about that?

If he hasn't already, Dusty might be giving you his "What are you committed to?" speech. Be wary...it can be painful for the listener.

Irish

Five this year...it pains me, too!  Last time I missed this many SJU games in a season, I was in high school :(  Take it to Salem and you can be sure that this guy will be there!!!

A tradition unrivaled...
MIAC Champions: '32, '35, '36, '38, '53, '62, '63, '65, '71, '74, '75, '76, '77, '79, '82, '85, '89, '91, '93, '94, '95, '96, '98, '99, '01, '02, '03, '05, '06, '08, '09, '14, '18, '19, '21, '22, '24
National Champions: '63, '65, '76, '03

Touchdown Tommy

This is all quite amusing.  Lots of praise for the President, but no adjustment in Karma levels.  Apparently KR and Duffman have great abilities of persuasion  :o  :o.

Buckman: Will you be bringing the Jello shots this week?  They were greatly missed in Spokane and I have it under good intelligence that if you will be unable to make the trip someone is willing to assist in the production of some JELLO magic...

Frank and Mongo: Kelley is coming...

Just outta curiousity: Are people driving themselves to Whitewater or taking the fan buses?  I understand that some good times were had last season in nearby Janesville.  Perhaps Oldpa can direct the evening activities this year...

Esquire: We missed you and the old man on the charter...
Chasing MILFs since '82...

Not happening ROR.  Just Whisful thinking on my part :'(

kubiack78,

Excuses, excuses.

That sounds to me like a shorter trip than the one we had to Spokane.   ::)

One of these days I will make it to a stiftungfestivities  maybe around 2008-2009 time frame though :-\

Kubiack was at the ww\SJU game last year. Got hooked up with a bunch of former players from his era(man are they old now), much as I got hooked up with my son and his friends. I will park closer to you guys this year.

I will bring Hamms for you guys, assuming they sell it around here, and that's what you really want. Let me know how much, and I won't bring any home, so drink it or take it with you when you leave.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.
