Great job SJU defense....

The trouble I see for the Johnnie offense in the second half is that pass rush by UWW and the lack of rush by the Johnnie defense up front.

We all know that the old man is the master of the 2nd half adjustments.  I look for SJU to try to slow down the UWW rush with more screen and quick hitting run plays at the middle of the defense (SJU had some nice gains on the quick traps).  The crossing routes are there all day for SJU to exploit if they can buy the time.

Defense...I think they are playing just fine but you would like the front 4 to make some more aggressive moves instead of the bull rush.  Doing a great job on the roll outs in getting pressure...that is huge vs UWW.

Good call, I could see them working the shovel pass and inside trap a la Stagg Bowl 2003.  Their D-Line could really get caught in the pursuit and you're into the second level really quickly.
