I joke about a lot of TDT stories. My last story involving the highway defecation was no joke.

Basically, TDT seemed concerned when we last spoke that the validity of the story was compromised. I'm simply here to say Wonka cannot tell a lie...or something.

Wonka, when a figurine is so quickly produced as to collect on the momentum of the moment, the validation of your account of the incident(s) cannot be disputed.  ;)

Not to mention that all of HWY 29 from I-94 to Green Bay has been declared a Hazardous Waste Site.  ::)

And as a point of further clarification of the true nature of these events, as 57 knows HWY 29 that belts across Wiscy to Green Bay is also known as and is dedicated as the WORLD WAR 1 MEMORIAL HIGHWAY.

This is where TDT decided to lay down his pent up anxieties from a full day of beer, food and football.  :o

BDB- +k for reminding me.

Have you determined that Leinenkugel's is far enough away from the HWY that they didn't have to shut down?
Have the wells for Chippewa water been contaminated?

Nice evening with parents and kids from #2's class.  Nice kids, most going to school in CA, several unhappy and transferring.  #2 sticks out as happy with small school in MN.  One of the parents is from Chicago and attended St. Mary's in Winona so understands.  Great evening.

Merry Christmas - +k to the last few pages.

2.Begin schweeling
3.Greet family members as they arrive
4.Continue schweeling
5.Pray & eat
6.More schweeling
7.Open gifts

9.Women sing Christmas Carols (men keep schweeling)

One additional question for anyone who can answer. Who is Chet, that they sing about every Christmas, and why are is nuts roasting on an open fire? Perhaps he schweeled too much? ;)
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

Bennie - I saw a few articles on the uni's / helmets yesterday and then caught a Sportscenter piece on how the players are involved in picking the combinations.  However, I had no idea how HORRIBLE they would look until I saw the whole team together in the day-glo helmets.  WOW.

Maybe the ducks should spend a little more time on the practice fields and less in the design rooms of Nike...

I have decided that the only thing the coaches are looking for is color-blind guys...football skills are optional! I called my sister during the game so that she could check out the uniforms.  After she got done laughing, she declared that the helmets were quite "interesting"...  I was also embarassed by the Miami-ish display there in the first half. And people out here wonder why I am such a Johnnie fan. No horrifying uniforms or brawls from my SJU boys!! ;D

Happy Holidays to all the D3 football fans out there! :D

I hope all my fellow posters had an enjoyable Christmas. I'm back at work, trying to get my eggnog-addled brain back into gear.
Plans for 2007...the big house goes out on the ice tomorrow, so some fishing for the next 2 months; Cabo in February; St. Patty's Day in Key West with the next week on a catamaran wherever the wind takes us (hopefully no wind so we stay around Key West); capping off the year with a trip to the garden spot known as Salem VA, to watch the Johnnies win the Stagg Bowl, beating Mount Union 44-6.
Should be a great year.  8)

P.S. So who's the closet smiter? My last post was 4 days ago wishing all a Merry Christmas, spread some karma, and, apparently take a few hits. :P
WTF?

I will supply a dose of +k, just for the spirit of the season.
