I don't know Pat. I've been hanging around the MIACPP since the Liberty League invasion of '06 and I haven't witnessed any hazing of newcomers by the Johnnie posters.

I understand your concern over potentially losing new posters to the site. I wouldn't want anything to stand in the way of my businesses gaining new customers either. I'm just saying I haven't seen it.

God knows you have read every damn post on all these boards and I don't know how you do it, really. Would drive me nuts!

But the only poster I can think of that left the MIACPP was the Bethel guy, and he always gave as good as he got on here in my view. And I still don't know why he left.

Anyway, I was a new guy on here once and didn't get hazed or chased away. In fact I felt welcomed and have made some personal friends. Maybe it's because I like Hamm's beer and knew what an eelpout was.  ;D

PS-Congrats on the baseball site.

I get bashed all the time by the hit and run of MIAC posters attacking me on th WIAC Website and giving me tons of - Karma. I intend to read Mr. Coleman's comments and I will give my opinion of them. 8 months of the year this is an offensive page of personal jokes, Bashing of Christians beliefs, sobriety, anti women , and is not politically correct at all. I rarely post here, because I have a hard time dealing with this pattern .Remember the week of the Stagg Bowl, the site was divided into the Knucklehead board and the Intelligent board. We all have to decide which kind of poster we will be individually y and collectively. All I got from a serious FB question was good natured responses of a humerous nature. I do not know if the MIAC site is capable of a serious discussion in the off season. You guys are great entertainment to yourselves, a small group of people, but appear to be very narrow  to an outsider like myself. God Bless!

UWPSUPERFAN77

Just read Big Poppa, Pat Coleman, and the other posts.Mr. Coleman is correct, in my opinion in his analysis of the Johnnie MIAC website. I stick to my earlier opinion. + karma for PC and Big Pappa. God Bless!

Oh come on, just because people don't agree with your position, we are mean spirited? 77-some of your comments have left me scratching my head and you wonder why people make comments. I believe even Pat had a negative thing or two to say about you.
When I started posting, I was harassed by the NWC Linfield crowd-did I cry and jump ship, no I stayed and played the game. This site isn't always about football-football isn't 24-7, at least at the DIII level. Let's not pretend this is some Rhodes Scholar site, this is a site to discuss football-during the season-and a few other topics during the off season. If you make a dumb comment, you will get slammed-but make an intelligent comment, and posters will respond in kind.
I believe the best thing Pat could do is remove the karma thing, then people wouldn't complain-they would have to post to make their views known.

Superfan, I believe the MIACPP has the most pages and the most views of any of the football boards and maybe all the boards on this website. So, apparently it's not just entertainment for a select small group.

Lighten up bud. If you don't like it then change the channel. Not everyone is going to see things exactly the way you do. We are not idiots or immoral, just because you think so.

Here's a +k for you so you feel better.  :-*

Pat's never been afraid to take a shot at the Johnnie faithful.

Talk about biting the hand that feeds your ad revenue.

TC: Great post.  All true no matter what he wants you to believe.

FYI: Well it looks like I have found my apparel for next football season.

Just dropped in for a little winter look see and howdy-do.

AU Pep. I feel a strong affinity toward you. I was in the band at SJU back in the dark ages, I am at least 1/4 German, and I had a good friend while I was in the Army stationed at Ft Monmouth NJ, who was an Alfred grad. Welcome.

Thanks for the welcome, retagent. While my name leads one to believe I "play" in the band, and while I love music, the band has its roots with my initial purchase of a dozen kazoos. It has grown from there. I'm advisor of a band of students who are, quite remarkably, almost as crazy about our Saxons as I am. E-mail your Alfred grad friend's name to me...chances are I know him or, through my work at the library, can look him up.
+K!!
On Saxon Warriors! On to Victory!
...Fight, fight for Alfred, A-L-F, R-E-D!

Hey Pep, a guy like you needs to check out the adventures of Mr. Kazoo.

I think we should take a poll to determine which pattern you get. I vote for Orange Surebet but Bubblegum isn't bad.  :D

And of course, anyone who bothers to read the post know that I am referring to a select group, not all posters.

Only if they read your mind, Pat.  C minus for expositive writing on that one.
