Hey KR, I've got plenty of room on my anti-TMerts bandwagon. In fact, I happen to have a seat saved with your name on it.

Let me know if you want to take it now or make a response and then take it. I'll put some bevvies on ice for you now, in any case.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

+k for you!  :) ;) :D

Story from this morning's Daily Planet on the Johnnies ambivalence toward spring practice.

Tmert, +k as well. I thought it was sound advice.
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun

Not to enter the Imus-Sharpton-Jackson fray,

But from the

You Can't Make This Stuff Up Department:

It has been reported that 4 young women living in a residential home in Brooklyn Park were busted for running a house of prostitution.

The house is located on IDAHO AVENUE!  :D

Maybe Al and Jesse will be coming to town.  ;)

Kudos to John and the rest of the Johnnie coaching staff on the kids they are bringing in next year.  I have seen a few of them play.  The RB from Peirz must have gotten other DII offers.  The QB from Bemidji had 6 td passes against my hometown of Fergus, and 5 or 6 more against Moorhead.  The WR from Alex is tall and fast.  I like the toughness of the RB from Melrose.  I don't know the kid from Eden Prairie, but he looks pretty solid.  Looks like more good days ahead.....

Nice to have Johnnie football in the paper again. I loved this quote from MIAC Executive Director Dan McKane:
"So if you bump into someone while you're in a stance, or you hold onto someone's chest while you're walking through something, that's not considered contact."

Who does he think he is, Bill Clinton?

BDB: Your mind is as twisted as mine. I saw that story on the news on Monday and when the reporter said "...on Idaho Avenue..." I nearly had Hamm's shooting out my nostrils.

FFJohnnie, welcome to the board. Always good to have a new perspective. Remember this day, it's the day I gave you your 1st karma. ;) +k all around!

Note to UWPSUPERDORK: Please go crawl back under your rock. You're not very sneaky when I check who's online and by your name it says, "Smiting on the MIAC Board." Oh yeah...God bless.  :-*

Welcome aboard, FFJohnnie!  Are you a student, alum, or just general well-wisher?

BDB, hilarious.  Brings back some great memories of when I lived in that wonderful city, such as the all-out SWAT raid that I got to witness out my front window one evening.

Hey bennie, maybe I should come out and stay with you for a couple of days since the Wild games don't start here until 9:30pm.  >:(

I am sure my wife wouldn't mind.  :-X

Touchdown Tommy

Man you really are old BDB.  Don't forget to pick your wife up at 4:30pm for the early bird special so that you can be in bed by 7:30pm.  WTF.  TDT will be up for the game and hopes that the NHL Center Ice Package is still on free preview so he can view the game (10:30pm start here, oh no how ever will I function on Thurs).

Vikings schedule announced today.  Check the dates and avoid Hwy 29 on or about the day the Vikings travel to GB, hazardous waste has been known to appear thereabouts....

I will be watching the Red Wings/Flames and Canuck/Stars match ups. I am just thrilled that Versus had finally figured out that there are teams out there not named the Sabres or Penguins! ;) If you are only coming for a "couple of days", I guess you have already decided that the Wild aren't making it out of the first round! ;D

As a WIAC'er myself, I will pass out a round of +k to make up for super fanatic.
