The sell it in 12 oz bottles and six-packs out here on the left coast.

Maybe you should rent a U-haul and bring me a few dozen cases??? (seriously ;D)

Duff,

It you would ever take me up on the trip west to watch the Griz with 25,000 other fans, you could bring all the Fat Tire you want back to Minnesota ;D.  Another former center is planning a trip this direction for a game, so maybe he can be your courier.  Johnnie Red, I owe you a couple of calls....travelling has been crazy.

Best of luck to the Johnnies this weekend....get off to a great start!

raiderguy

Duff,

Nice job on the preview.

I think the Johnnies will have this game well in hand. I respect the progress the Pioneers have been making but it is kind of like Averett playing the Raiders to see what they have to do to get to the next level.

Also WW played Mount in '02 & '03 as an opener for the same reasons. It appears they learned a few things. Just not enough. ;D
WELCOME TO THE MACHINE!

Maybe when #2 is a senior and has a car.  In the meantime, the TSA frowns on it.  Or as fins so often says to me, Hahahahahahaha. ;)

I could buy 63 bottles of Fat Tire for the cost of gas it would take me to get out there and back ;)

I'd like to come out, seriously, but probably not this year.  Things are pretty hectic with the new house and upcoming wedding.

Duffman:  Does Fat Tire come in 12 oz bottles?--I've only seen it in the larger bottles, not that I'm complaining.

I talked to a woman at New Belgium just before they started marketing in MN.  Apparently, the plan is eventually to see 12 oz bottles, but right now the 22 ouncers is all they're selling.  Who can blame them when they are getting $4 a bottle for it.

Everthing New Belgium brews is good. I finished off a 6 of their Skinny Dip last night. If you like dark brews, their Trippel is great.

Stocked up last night on a fresh case of Hamm's, a box of Old Johnnie Ale and a bottle of the highly-touted Fat Tire. I put it all in the fridge to chill and went in to see if the Twins could somehow hit into an around-the-horn triple play. They did, and I fell asleep in the chair.  :-[Maybe tonight I'll get to try a sample.

Duff, When I was in Chicago last spring, I ran across a micro brew called Goose Island Brewery. They made a Honker's Ale that was mighty tasty! Have you ever seen that in the liqour stores in the Cities?
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

Didn't realize that this story was so dated, was reran in last weeks edition.  Overall a pretty humerous site on sports though.
