I [obviously] can't figure out how to put a picture in a post, so check this out...

A few years ago a friend and I went to Vancouver BC for a hockey game. Another friend, who is Canadian, was showing us around. She couldn't understand why we were so amused by one of the street vendors selling hotdogs. This particular company has stands all over Vancouver and is apparently a Canadian mainstay. We even had to get a picture of the cart. It was called Mr. Tubesteak! It makes me snicker like a junior high schooler to this day! :D

+K for Mr. Tubesteak, that is a great name for a band.

I've always thought Fallopian Tubes would be a great name for a band.   :)

Would someone please post a link to the broadcast, I've haven't been able to listen the past two falls due to deployment.  I guess I'm getting too lazy to hunt it down.  Thanks

Thanks Pat.  Again I've gotten lazy and bookmarked postpatterns without checking out the rest of the d3football site.

Yes, I did.

That same picture was published in/on something else I got from SJU.

Nice TD for Ryan Hoag tonight for ' Skins -- but probably more important was that it was in the second quarter. Finished with two catches, 21 yards.

Blue Devil Bob,
I know you must be crazy with your domestic issues, (hope the home repairs are going well,) but I
couldn't help but notice that you did not get in on the first week WIAC pick-ems board.  It wouldn't be the same without you.  It started early as the first game was last night with  UW-EC beating Southwest Minn. State but maybe it is not too late for the rest of the games, this week, just take one loss for that game.  I hope it is just an oversight and we haven't completely lost you to, "the dark side!"   ;)  Just kidding, you boys know I love ya!   :-*  Good luck to your Blue Devils tonight and the Johnnies tomorrow, of course.

From Frank's blog this morning....

But if that's not enough SJU football for you, check out a new web site started by Johnnies fans, including former player Ryan Bielat. Some good stuff up there (However, I disagree with some of the order on their list of the top football stadiums in the MIAC, but I'll post my own list later). The web site can be found here: www.JohnnieFootball.com

Thanks fb413, I'll get it done. I would've picked SW State anyway.  :D

Sat last night in the screened in porch of this old cabin listening Menomonie HS put the triple Monkey Stomp on Grand Rapids MN, and to the bats trying to re-enter the place now that it has been bat evicted.

Son of a bitches are pissed off.

Anyway one of them made it into the porch area and is flying around us and Mrs. BDB starts beating it with a frickin' broom!

It left.  :D
