2.  Need to be able to leave comments or - gasp - even a message board? :o ;)

Not gonna happen.  We discussed it, but that would require us to have someone always monitoring it, and we don't want to do that ;)

What - you've got something better to do?  The fish vote you to be fulltime board monitor. :D

Also on my list of to-dos :)

What DuffMan said. Also, a quick glance at the SC Times reveals how ugly any SJU-related discussion would get and how fast it happens. Comments would certainly increase traffic and give visitors more to read, but we want to keep the signal-to-noise ratio high. So far, so good ;)
Nice day, huh?

When I was at SJU the jockstraps were the color of the porta-potty, now TDT's helmut is.   :D

Did anyone outside of Minnestoa, Wisconsin try to watch the tape of the SJU v. UW-River Falls game yesterday? I have DirectTV in Illinois and have the sports pack and the game was blacked out! :'(

BDB

Mrs. BDB just called me with the words I've been waiting to hear.

They FINALLY started the reconstruction of my house today!  :)

1 month and 4 days since the killer trees attacked.  :P

BDB--Does that mean you will be in it by Christmas?
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Cobber fans, we hope you can join us for the Stiftungsfestivities this Saturday in Collegeville when the Cobbers come to town. The tailgate party is located in the parking lot above the scoreboard end of the field. We are usually there around 9:00 a.m. with the grills going by 10:30. Bring a culinary delight to share if you like.

We will have a few country western cds playing to help make you feel at home. ;)

I will definitely be there for the tailgating. What about friday night? The boys from Cobber Nation are coming up after class friday and want to see what Collegeville has to offer during the nightlife. Any suggestions?? Better yet, anyone want to take the lead and show us the ropes?

Which one of you Cobbers went to Breckenridge High School with Isaac Flenner?

I know of the poster that you are referring to but I haven't seen any posts from him in a long while.

Where are you staying Friday night? There's a Super 8 in St. Joe that's convenient and an AmericInn in Avon that's also convenient, but less so.

St. Joe:
• Sal's is on Minnesota and is a favorite student bar
• The LaPlayette is on College Ave and is the other student hangout
• Loso's (The Midi) is between the two on Minnesota and is more of a townie bar
• The American Legion is on Minnesota between Loso's and Sal's and is...the Legion
• The El Paso is off County 75 just west of "downtown" St. Joe and is more of a townie bar

Avon:
• The Liquor Locker is across the street from the hotel
• I've never consumed a drink at a bar in Avon before so someone else will have to recommend spots

St. Cloud:
• The Red Carpet downtown is a young person favorite, but I never went there
• Downtown has many other establishments, but my friends and I stuck with St. Joe because St. Ben's is right there of the free bus back to St. John's

Enjoy!

HH: Be sure to wear all your Brown and Yellow garb out partying on Friday night...

Sidenote:  Always nice to see that The Godfather was sporting his Gangster $$$ hat.  Nice appearance JJR.  I bet you could win a lot of coin if the members of alumni association had to guess your profession (sorta like the guess your age, weight, birthday at a local Carnie event) that day.

We are staying on campus with a buddy. What I'm really interested in is where you all are gonna be. I'd rather chill with you guys!
