After picking up my brother and his bride at O'Hare, I rushed home and was greeted with the SJU/URF blackout too, and I live in Wisconsin. What possible contractual deal would call for that? I too was as PO'd as "THE GURU". My brother recorded it on his DVR from a Comcast system in Northern IL last week, as it was broadcast on Fox Sports Pacific, or some such wierd venue.

Papa Wonka will NOT be attending this weekend's game, but says he will be there in spirit. He was quite upset that the cheapshotters from Bethel pulled out the victory last week...and asked me to pass along this message with lots of smileys:

"Remind Mr. Rat that Kris Gulsvig told a rat after our freshman BB game in Rat Heaven that a Cobber is used to wipe Johnnies' butt." 

Also, for what it's worth, Dinny (my Cobber coworker) is planning to make the trek north. The last two times he's traveled to Collegeville he's been able to storm the field to celebrate visitor's victories. Be scared, Johhnie fans, be very scared.
