No doubt they wil drop. I suppose all that really matters is the NCAA regional rankings, which come out in a few weeks, I think. We can always climb back up in those if other teams lose. Or, SJU is a road team again, worked well last year.

It appears that if the WIAC winner wins out, they get the number one regional seed, and at best the MIAC can hope for is a 2nd seed-- and that is if we win out.  One loss and we are obviously on the road, if we are playing at all.

Taking nothing away from the come-from-behind victors today, but I think the MIAC would be much more interesting the rest of the season if the Tommies and Knights got 'er done today.

ESQ-I would agree and say that if UWW wins, SJU will end up behind them, of course, and Central. SJU should be at 7 or 8.
If LAX wins, in a close game, SJU could well be behind all three.

But we would have more regional games, no?  They schedule DII and NAIA so they'll be a game short of us on regional games.  But they do schedule MHB, etc, for more ranking pts.  I thought that IF we win out we could be in front.  Voodoo to me.

How about UWW beats UWL today, UMHB comes into Whitewater with one loss and beats UWW on 10/27. Would that work?

No-OZ-the NCAA ranks the teams based on their play in DIII-so the DII games really don't mean anything. SJU will have to hope for loses by UWW, Central and maybe LAX to get the #1 seed, assuming SJU wins out.

FYI: The only rankings that matter are the Playoff seeds.  D3.com Top 25 means nothing.
