Day 4 of the Mrs. being in california!  House is still standing  :)
Well this explains the recent vodka-laden posts. ;)

Looks like I owe myself a break and will be in attendance to watch the double monkey stomp on the Pipsqueaks. Hell, I owe it to myself after this week. I got to finish it off deposing a doctor in his tony Edina office this afternoon. Turns out, if someone plows into your car and you get hurt, their insurance company can pay him $1,500 to examine you and write a report saying there's nothing wrong with you. As a bonus, for an additional $2,000 he'll spend an hour reading his report into a camera. I looked at his Curriculum Vitae and it turns out he's a Tommie. Figures.

Sounds like the future is bright for me :)

Not surprising he is a Tommie as they are an unscrupulous immoral bunch  :o

Whitlock played at Ball State ... and, for what it's worth, was a high school teammate of Jeff George.

Ball State, the school with the highest % of female students who strip to pay tuition!*

*No clue where, but i heard/read this somewhere, so I don't know if it is accurate, but I think it is.
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

As soon as I saw the reference to Jason Whitlock, I knew I had to comment, but the Guru is just too fast on the uptake. I do think he is a good writer/analyst though.

Alrighty.  I'm off to bed, ready to rise at 3:50am so that I don't miss any of the game this week.  If I don't get online until 4:08 like last week, I may miss the Johnnie's first three T's.

God, I can't wait until daylight savings starts.  Kick off is at 6am starting Oct 28.  Two more weeks.

Hey! It just occurred to me that I get to listen to next week's game at 6am (being I listen on Sunday morning anyway).

It's seems fitting that I will be listening to a miserable game against Hamline at this miserable hour tomorrow.

Oh, and one last thing before hitting the sack...

Great articles for JFC.  Seems the fansite has depth like MUC.  Can't much tell the back-ups from the starters.  All are high quality.

Gagliardi just stands on the sidelines. What's he supposed to do, pull a Woody Hayes?

Didn't catch that Dusty. I've actually been helping cashier (which I am terrible at since I rarely have to help out) but it's party central around here w/Blue Devil homecoming.  8)

Selling a ton of B & S mugs to the students heading to the parade to stealth their beverages.

Thought you would be tailgating at Don & Nona by now.  ;D

It must be Boulder or I am just living right! ;) I turn on ESPN this morning and am watching the top ten plays of the week segment. Who do I see featured? None other than my first cousin once removed, Kris Humphries, who plays for the Toronto Raptors. And then I head down to the farmer's market and run into coach Gagliardi's nephew, who is selling honey peanut butter. He donated a jar for the Stiftungsfestivities next Saturday when the Tommies come to Collegeville. Excellent culinary delight.

Beautiful day in Boulder. Expected high of 70. Game with Kansas doesn't start until 3:30 p.m. Tomorrow they are talking 39 degrees and snow. :P

Tell me... how does one know who Coach Gagliardi's nephew is?  Priceless JR.

Guilty as charged, Dusty.  We are just ticked because our conference champion got beat early in the season by those Little Sisters of the Poor to our West, Edina.

Make sure to turn your daughter's computer on at noon to the Johnnie game. I suspect you will only have to listen until about 12:30 to know the outcome.  8)

Looks like kind of a cloudy day in St. Paul.
57-you on board for today?

Being a true Royal fan and parent, I tried to get to St Olaf's website.  Looks like a lot of people are also trying - it's down.  Now I'll have to go to the game.

Torrential downpour in McMinnville.  Could make for an interesting game with the Lutes.
