To temper this a bit-If SJU wins yesterday, they are the #1 seed. But this was a decent draw, but a tough Redlands team. And I agree with whoever said dollars talking for the NCAA.

I think our loss yesterday set in motion the move of Whitewater to the North, with Central taking the #1.  I don't think it was a given that we would have had the same situation....fewer teams would have been in position for the spots....Bethel would have been out.

We went from expecting both BU & SJU playing on the road to both at home and lookin' good for a rematch on 12/1 (at Bethel)

No, I love what they're doing.  Is SJU not one of the best 16 teams in the country?  Absolutely.  They deserve a home game in the first round.  If they extend this concept further it will eventually mirror what is done with March Madness and that is one of the most exciting sports events of the year.
