I often wonder how my academic career would have been different if I didn't have playoff football to follow every fall.  I think this is a good approximation.

Bethel has got to be praying for Johnnie win this week...they have proven themselves futile against the supposedly weaker IIAC. Losing 2 times to Central and 1 out of two to perennial power Buena Vista in the last 4 years. After we put Gags back in his place Saturday you royals can come on down to Pella, should get all the MIAC teams back up to the nort in time for ice fishin eh?

Since you like history and numbers so much, I have a feeling that SJU's 15-2 mark against the IIAC league might be what puts that giant chip on the Iowans shoulders.

Yeah, one of those wins is by Central but it was a long, long time ago ... maybe they can honor that 1987 team at halftime.
