Just wondering ....what kind of crowd will Bethel have on Saturday? I've heard they only draw for the Johnnies game.
And, by the way, BDB ... thanks for passing judgement on the 'Golds when you admitted you haven't even seen them! All I know is they "get 'er done" somehow ...and hopefully will again on Saturday.

That's a good point.  Shame no one will be there to see their last playoff game.  I wonder if the towel boy will be showing up.

I know I said I wouldn't be around until the game, but I had half a second to check in before going to bed and so here I am.

Happy Thanksgiving all.  We'll be celebrating Turkey Day on Sunday afternoon, a little late, after savoring a great Johnnie victory (brought to us over the Internets by the fine Johnnie broadcast team).  This year our guests will be Nick T and his lovely girlfriend Julie (same as last year, actually).  I'm quite lucky with the Australian wife I have since she makes a big effort for Turkey Day with a turkey on the Webber, mash potatoes, pumpkin pie, macadamia nut stuffing, delicious gravy and some cranberries.

Yes, sometimes I complain, but I have no reason.  Today count me a thankful and lucky man.

+k to all (even Old Dutch that had a post on the first page) and GO Johnnies.

On this joyous day we have to be sad that beloved Torii Hunter of the Twins has accepted a 5 year 80 mill deal with the LA Angels.  Way to go twins!  Who is going to sell tickets now, Nick Punto?  Mauer and Morneau will have to pick it up big time next season.

Back to live action of football.  Great games all day, I am looking forward to the Boise St./Hawaii matchup at 8.
