Hey boys been a while since i stopped in.  how has the fishing been?

From what I've gathered the bite has been hit & miss. The ice is spotty as mentioned in Dec. There will be some great ice making weather for the next couple days with overnight low temps. of - teens below zero. The bottom dropping out of the temps. will change things up. Ah, what the heck, if they're not biting it leaves more time to drink Hamms.

Well thats good to hear.  You only have about another month with your permanite houses out there right?  Looks like SJU picked up a couple of studs for the upcoming season.  That kid coming from Albany looks like a beast.  As always pour a Grainbelt out for me.

I haven't gotten out a ton but it's been pretty slow for me.  Hope to change that on Monday.

Subject: Chain of Command

The Commanding Officer of a Marine Corps Regiment was about
to start the morning briefing to his Staff and Battalion and Company
Commanders.  While waiting for the coffee machine to finish its brewing,
he decided to pose a question to all assembled.  He explained that his
wife had been a bit frisky the night before and he failed to get his
usual amount of sound sleep.  He posed the question of just how much of
sex was 'work' and how much of it was 'pleasure?'

The X.O. chimed in with 75-25% in favor of work.

A Captain said it was 50-50%.

The Colonel's Aide, a Lt., responded with 25-75% in favor of pleasure,
depending on his state of inebriation at the time.

There being no consensus, the Colonel turned to the PFC who was in
charge of making the coffee.  What was HIS opinion?

With no hesitation, the young PFC responded, "Sir, it has to be 100%
pleasure."

The Colonel was surprised and, as you might guess, asked why?

"Well, Sir, began the PFC, "if there was any work involved, the officers
would have me doing it for them!"

You know, it's always a pleasant experience to cruise past the MIAC board once in a while.  Passionate fans, very knowledgeable, yet always a mix of real life.  In this case, jokes to brighten up a winter's day.
