My sources tell me there is a new Grand Sheriff in town at Summit and Cretin.

Nice scoop, TDT! At least he won't have to move.
Here's hope that we might get a game out of the lads in purple one day soon.

I suppose we'll even see some of the Tommies back on the board!  :-\  Or perhaps they'll wait to see if GC can get them past the Scots in their first game.

He looks to be a good coach - the MIAC seems to be getting quite a few of them.

So which MIAC school will be first to put in a "Duck" style treatment center? 8)

That Nike money gets put to good use in Corvallis - er, Eugene - eh, bennie?

Met to more Johnnies today on the north shore.  We were interviewing them and they said they were from St. Cloud and both had red polos on so I asked if they went to St. Johns and sure enough they had.  I guess they have a son who plays hockey at Concordia.  He must be pretty bad...

GF    Why are you always got to make with the negative waves?

Thanks for the long, yet informative, rundown TC.

I've got the solution for the proliferation of D III schools. Break them down into
D IIIA (Playoff Division) and D IIIAA(Bowl Championship Division) One can have a playoff to determine a National Champion, and the other can have a madcap mixture of games and arbitrarily name a National Champion. I wonder why no one else has thought of this before. ;D

-24 here this morning. Looking for a mid 30's by Sunday. A 50 degree swing should have me standing out on the ice in a t-shirt and shorts.

We are getting a 76 degree swing here Fins!!!!  Going the other way though, somehow it got up to +36 here Sunday, looking at -40 Saturday night.  ???

Not true Dust.  I was NOT text'd the info.  It really doesn't matter.  Actually it is quite pathetic that he thinks it is "important" to break the story before me.  What a lame existence.

I wasn't texted the info either. Phoned at 3:20. Adam knows who to call first. :)

What's lame is my attempts to bury the hatchet with you in Collegeville being met by you running and hiding from me. And yeah, I publish to the front page first, that's true. The counter there is a tad bit higher than even the MIAC board.

I am more than shocked that the D3 Champ has yet another assistant passed over.   ::)

TDT is so easy to rile up, though, huh? Man, that button is so darn easy to push!

The Gustavus stadium and private box are really well done.  I was really impressed.

Snoop, did you take an online tour OR were you in Minneapolis for business and take a side trip to St. Peter just to see the new digs in Gustieland? Inquiring minds want to know......
As of now they're on DOUBLE SECRET Probation!

This is just plain scary!

I don't know much about baseball, but I know Scotty Baker as your team's "ace" is not an ideal situation!!!

Might be a long season the twin cities for baseball this summer.  Why is this team not holding onto Santana and building the team around him.  They have had some recent success and now it appears that they are have a small fire sale.  Its to bad.  Maybe the Royals will pick it up a notch this year and take over the Twins spot as a small market team getting it done.

Does Snoop have another son or is he taking his Louisville/Villanova/Redlands quarterback on another round of college shopping?

I will be so bold to predict that UST will win a MIAC Championship before SJU does now that Caruso is in charge.

Top 3 coach in all of D3.
