Any word on what the Pototo "Oles" have decided to do to replace the Mighty Meidt?

To our former VP Dan Quayle:

I have heard from numerous sources that they were planning on interviewing some candidates on Friday and Monday.  I also have heard that none of the current coaches are being considered for the head coach position.  I think they want to have a coach in the next two weeks.  I wish I had more information including names.

Note: I know former VP Quayle spelled potato as "potatoe."

I took two environmental studies courses one semester for general education requirements.  I cannot believe the level of stupidity of many of the individuals in those classes.  Environmentalist need to learn to think and look in the mirror so they can see their own habits.

I discovered that New Belgium Brewery is now selling 12oz bottles of Fat Tire in MN (at least in the cities), but it's still spendy.  Also, they have a seasonal brew called Springboard Ale that has done a pretty good job of messing me up this afternoon.  Is it sad that I'm home alone and half in the bag?

Just fired up the charcoal grill for some fabulous Polish sausages.  Not quite as good at SJU56321's, but damn good anyways.

Keep it real.

A tradition unrivaled...

Flash might take offense that given the opportunity you're only half in the bag, rather than fully bagged.  But other that that, I don't think anyone will accuse you of anything.

I heard the Mount Union D coordinator applied and that Mike Grant has been mentioned as well...but that was just a rumor...and those are a dime a dozen these days

Ret,

Only caught a glimpse of it, but it looks like there's a good Brashear highlight from your Caps.... but a costly one. I think both late Boston goals were 5-on-3.

I've found it's a better deal to buy the 22 oz. bomber bottles, at least around here in Iowa.  A big plus with those is that I can get a decent buzz and still tell the wife I've only had a few beers.
When it's 3rd and 10, you can take the milk drinkers, and I'll take the whiskey drinkers every time.

Two gay irishmen.
Gerald Fitzpatrick and Patrick Fitzgerald.

VOJ,

Hope all is well with you in balmy Minnesota....only 55 here today ;)

I would be surprised if the Mount Union D coordinator applied as his last name is Kehres, much like the legendary head coach of Mount.  I don't see Mike taking a pay and talent cut to go to Northfield for the Oles.

You mean Vince Kehres, the assclown who flipped out in the Stagg Bowl?  Interesting.

I typically prefer my beer cheap, domestic and voluminous, but I tried Hoegaarden last week and was very impressed.  It's still hard to top a beer that was selected as America's best in 1893, though.

Wrong thing to say on this board.  Your karma is about to dip even lower.

TWS, Hamms is not the kind of beer you want to drink until you've been off your meds for at least a week. Be careful out there.

BTW, I feel honored to have used my 400th post on one of my heros on this board.  The GREAT White Silly.
