Arnold Palmer......(did I spell that right OB?)...likes it and that makes it good by me. Ever find where I bought the walleye?

I, like Arnold Palmer, like to have an "Arnold Palmer" while I play golf in the summer heat.

I still like a SPAM and cheese, melted slightly under the broiler. They seem to have "cleaned up" SPAM, since I was a young man, making it more healthy, but far less tasty.

If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Duff....please, you might not like it but....$hitty, c'mon.

I stand by my statement.  It ranks slightly above Corona in my eyes.

Duuuuuuuufffffffffffff.........Corona????????  One of my favorites.  Must be a California thing. ;)  I was once told that guys from the midwest that put citrus in their beer are considered....odd ;)

If you need to put fruit in a beer to make it taste good, it is not a good beer.

Rolling Rock used to be a very good beer, it is now brewed by Budweiser and is not nearly as good as it used to be.

Phew -- I was beginning to think I was nuts or something. When I was in college Rolling Rock was our go-to beer. It was cheap and hey, it wasn't perfect, but it was acceptable.

OxyBob

Not like I need to jump into this frying pan, but ratebeer.com seems to be heavily weighted toward stouts and ales.  Bitter and cold filtered beers are lucky to rate above 2.4.  Heck, even Hamms Golden Draft only rates 2.22.  Straight Hamms rates 1.74.  Grain Belt Premium rates 2.61, while, no surprise due to the bias, GB Amber hits 3.62.

Now... Don't take this to be an endorsement of Corona - I would never want to leave that impression.  But I just can't trust ratings that put a delicious thirst quencher like Boags Premium at a lowly 2.45.  That just isn't cricket.

What does rate.farse know anyway.  If Bud now owns RR, I wont buy it anynore.  RR was one of the first to make pony bottles, 7 ouncers. A quick on a hot day during a softball game. Corona cant be as bad as you guys think, it is one of the largest sellers out here.  I am sure it isnt as popular in the midwest.

snoop dawg

and by the way.......taste is a matter of preference, so screw you ratebeer.com

And Bud Light is the top selling beer in America and Budweiser is the top selling beer in the world...  (Please excuse my while I hurl)

In related news, the top five sports in world?

1) Soccer. 3.3-3.5 Billion Fans. (Europe, Africa, Americas, etc)
2) Cricket 3-3.3 Billion Fans. (India,U.K,Pakistan,Asia,Australia,etc)
3) Field Hockey. 2-2.2 Bilion Fans. (Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia)
4) Tennis. Around 1 Billion Fans. (Europe, Americas, Asia)
5) Volleyball Around 900 Million Fans. (Asia, Erope, Americas, Australia)

So...  There you go.

EDIT: I mean field hockey?!?  A guy has to have his gibblies removed in order to play that game, doesn't he?

OZ........My point exactly.  +k

Actually, isn't it the opposite of your point?  You said Corona must be good because lots of people buy it.  I pointed out that lots of people dig really stupid things, which would indicate I'm arguing that popularity doesn't correlate to quality.  But maybe I'm wrong and that wasn't what I said.
