What do you have against hockey? Too much action, speed and skill for you?

Raised in a wrestling family.  If you want to talk action, speed, and skill--not to mention endurance, strength, self-control, etc.--I'm sure KR and myself could enlighten you.

BDB--good to hear ;D

Sorry, I couldn't resist!! ;D Was it last year or the year before that they canceled part of the high school season because of it? Until then, I naiviely didn't even realize it was an issue.

I had my share of ringworm and impetigo, not really that big of deal, I guess.  I can only imagine the junk that grows in hockey pads.

Or the hair.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Hockey is the fastest sport on two legs! You have to have something to flow behind you in the wind! :D

A husband wrote the following letter for his wife and left it on the dining room table:
To My Dear Wife,
You will surely understand that I have certain needs that you, being 64 years old, can no longer satisfy. I am very happy with you, and I value you as a good wife. Therefore, after reading this letter I hope you will not wrongly interpret the fact that I will be spending the evening with my 18-year-old secretary at the Comfort Inn Hotel.
Please don't be upset - I shall return home before midnight.
When the man came home late that night he found the following letter on the dining room table:
To My Dear Husband,
I received your letter and thank you for your honesty about my being 64 years old. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that you are also
64 years old. As you know, I am a math teacher at our local college.
I would like to inform you that while you're at the Comfort Inn, I will be at The Hotel Fiesta with Michael, one of my students, who is also the assistant tennis coach. He is young, virile, and like your secretary, he is 18 years old.
As a successful businessman with an excellent knowledge of math, you will understand that we are in the same situation, although with one small
difference: 18 goes into 64 a lot more times than 64 goes into 18.
Therefore, I will not be home until sometime tomorrow.

Hoag just deleted me as a facebook friend and sent me an angry message saying that I've never supported him in anything he's ever done after I heckled him for his Bachelorette debut. Whoops, my bad ::)

Duffman, please forget that I ever half-heartedly defended him when I first broke this news to the board and you pointed out his propensity for douchebagginess.
I don't hate Duke. I just hate all their players, coaches and fans.

I am finished!!!  Did my final outprocessing this afternoon, what a load off the shoulders.  As the Dead used to sing, "what a long strange trip its been".  Living back in 'sota is looking more and more like a probability by fall.  Would like to see you all in Collegeville.   Anyways after a day of Alaskan Amber, + K to the last few pages.
Everyday is payday in paradise.

For the first time ever, I think we see eye-to-eye on something.  Amazing.  But even a stopped clock is right twice a day (we can resume our not seeing eye-to-eye as we ponder which of us is the stopped clock...).

You probably need some sort of emotional support and therapy right know...therefore, you should hook me up with free golf.

I'm just posting to try and get the PP to the next page so I don't have to keep reading about Duffman's ring-worm everything I bring up the board.
