I was going to follow with a picture of impetigo.  I didn't.  You're welcome.

For the non-squeemish, do a google image search.  Yikes.

Some Johnnie posters may be interested in the following tidbit from Fr. Don's latest newsletter:

On May 19 the surprise visitor was Guy Bellair '04 who had been in MN this past weekend for the wedding of Matt Vos '04 to (as of writing, that is still a mystery) in Oakdale, MN.  We had breakfast here and I was brought up to date on him.  He has been teaching and coaching in Jacksonville, FL and now is looking into further academic qualifications.  Stay tuned.

Birthday karma issued in honor of Gro, BDB, ScoutTeamTommie and, of course, Guy Belair! Also, stanbob, who, from this day forward, will see every day as his birthday.

BDB

I have begun a MIACPP invasion of the LLPP to wish 'gro a happy b-day.

Feel free to head over and chime in.  ;D

I had a quick peek.  Not pretty.  This bit from Wikipedia struck me:

Good hygiene practices, such as regular hand washing, can help prevent impetigo. Have kids use soap and water to clean their skin and be sure they take baths or showers regularly.

Hmm...  Seems prevention for the non-contact sportsman largely involves...using soap and regular bathing?  Must be big issues with impetigo in England and France.

Kubiak - Stay out of the bunkers. I here they're HUGE. Though it costs you about 5% of what Pebble might run you, I hope you have 20 times the fun.

Do they have grass traps on that course?

Frank threw out a plug to JohnnieFootball.com in his last column.  Kind of a strange time to do it, especially since it's kinda been in hibernation - but there you have it.  Better get some new stuff up fast, guys!  (And I hope you've been working on the printer-friendliness of the website in the offseason.:-\)
