Bye-bye Flip.

3 straight Eastern Conference finals aint good enough!! Pretty sad.
And no future hall of famer's on the team.  T-wolves sure got better after he left ;); Pistons will follow suit.  Maybe Dumars couldn't take the ticks anymore.

Gas prices, the economy,.....minor problems. I live about 2 miles out of town. On the county road about 300 yards from my house is a bar/restaurant. Naturaly, I'm a regular there.  THE CHEF QUIT!!!!! We're talking the best oyster rock, and the best scallops in the history of food, plus a great german menu. Besides that, beer is only 2.50 a bottle, and the bartenders are hot. You can imagine this is just an awful day for me. Please keep me in your prayers as I await the outcome of this dreadful situation.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

Wow Flash, that is just awful. The only thing worse would be if GM announced they were closing the plant. Oh wait...

What's wrong with the economy?

Flash this is as bad as when Norm lost the Hungry Heifer. :'(  Here's a number you will want to call if it gets too much for you.

From ESPN:

QuoteNo Title in Motown

The numbers don't lie -- Flip Saunders may have had the best winning percentage among the renowned coaches below, but he didn't deliver in the end.

Coach, tenure                Winning percentage      NBA Finals appearances
Flip Saunders (2005-08)          .715                                     0
* Larry Brown (2003-05)          .659                                     2
* Chuck Daly (1983-1992)       .633                                     3
Rick Carlisle (2001-03)            .610                                     0

* Won at least 1 NBA title

Oh and FYI I just threw up some +K and some -K depending on if I like you or not!!!
Isn't the meaning of +k and -k reversed when it comes from TDT?

Hey KR,

How is your wife doing? I hope you are taking good care of her. Moving sucks... moving and being pregnant can't be fun!  :)

Mrs.KR is pregnant? :o

News to me!!!!

She's doing well with the move, and as far as I know, her uterus is still empty! I'll go ask though.
Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

Last nights game was one of the best games, from an entertianment standpoint anyway, that I've seen in a very long time.

So how many of you would kick Jessica out of bed if she wanted to jump in with you?

Drown your sorrows in $2.50 beer until the hot bartenders make you stop. :(

How can I not follow advice from one of the few people on here older than me. See fellas, us old guys know how to handle adversity.

Flash I can feel your pain.  I have a water hole about 70 yards from my place.  Its has great food, ugly bartenders, and cold beer.  They have a nice little floating dock in the middle of the river where you can go get crap faced on a lazy Saturday afternoon and feel like you on a boat.  I have just been told in the last week that they are moving to a new location.  Supposedly the neighborhood is tired of their noise and racket.  Its a classless and tasteless place, but so am I and the two of us were peas in a pods.

I'll have to remember that when I post on the football boards that any references to distance must be posted in yards. ;D

Hmmm...for some reason I thought you had said she was pregnant. I am apparently older and more senile than I realized. With the day I have been having, I am going to need a very large drink when I get home. That probably won't help with my memory either! :-\

I'd definately rather have her under the covers with me than a horse head.
