I don't think she meant Atlanta...

The likelyhood of me being depressed (and wearing black) over a Bethel loss is about the same as my being depressed over a Laker loss! Go Celtics!! ;D

Brekke's headed to Concordia-St. Paul.

Not sure if it's the age thing (or my parent's age), but I've always associated RFK's assassination with Sirhan Sirhan.

Now accepting new patients. All bills must be paid in scotch shortly after any services rendered.  Sorry TDT, no problems below the waist.

Discovered by the Germans in 1904, they named it San Diego, which of course in German means a whale's vagina.

snoop,

I'm sorry I didn't realize this yesterday, but when you look at your profile on the day of your birthday, a cake appears.  Today is a day too late for you to "blow out the candles". :(  So I guess OB will be safe for another year.   :D

retagent probably knows the truth about the 60's assassinations, but if he told us, he might have to kill us.

I actually have a hard time rooting for any team that carpetbags, hence my extreme dislike of the Devils and why I root for the Rangers.

This comes from papa KS, he was born and bred in Brooklyn and his heart was broken by the Dodgers.  The only time he would even half root for the Dodgers was whenever they played the Yanks in the series, but that was due to a deep seated hatred of the yanks.

Woah - hey BDB, what's going on in Wisconsin?  Are they trying to take the fun out of high school hockey or trying to push the games outdoors?

Had a good day yesteday, gave it all back today. ???

Ah, the stock market. I'm into that.

Helium was up, feathers were down. Paper was stationary.
Fluorescent tubing was dimmed in light trading.
Knives were up sharply.
Cows steered into a bull market.
Pencils lost a few points.
Hiking equipment was trailing.
Elevators rose, while escalators continued their slow decline.
Weights were up in heavy trading.
Light switches were off.
Mining equipment hit rock bottom.
Diapers remain unchanged.
Shipping lines stayed at an even keel.
The market for raisins dried up.
Coca Cola fizzled.
Caterpillar stock inched up a bit.
Sun peaked at midday.
Balloon prices were inflated.
Scott Tissue touched a new bottom.
And batteries exploded in an attempt to recharge the market.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

So - given this - how long before we have Gagliardi Field?  [Serious question]

I am somewhat surprised that it is not now.  (serious)  With what Coach G has been to the college I would think that it would be the thing to do.  He is every bit as important to the FB program as the BB coach is to the BB team.

... so tmerton & Dutch '04, are you proposing Gagliardi Field at Clemens Stadium?  Guess we'd have to get the thumbs up from the benefactor first.

I am still chasing the man on the grassy knoll.

Not so fast puck breath. The AHL still has at least one more game. The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins beat the Chicago Wolves to make the series 3 - 1 in the Wolves favor. Darrin Haydar got both Wolves goals tonight in their 3 - 2 loss. Too bad he's too small. Games on NHL Network.
