Sum's oldest daughter is volunteering there!

Sum - You've either spent too much time on the LLPP or you're trying to imitate Tyronne Willingham - but +k for stopping by anyway. ;)

Anyone going to Interlachen for the women's open tomorrow?

I'm thinking that's not a bad idea.  8)

All days work for me.  If I had to pick one, I would say the 7th.

Closer to it every day

I wonder if the Juice stopped in for some Johnny bread on his way up to Fergus Falls?

Would never imitate Ty Willingham, so it must be from  lurking on the LLPP.

I know you guys are going to find this hard to believe, but yes I was on the golf course yesterday afternoon! No, It wasn't with OJ, but we did get juiced afterwards! ;)

Big news up in this neck of the woods. I think it made all three of the local tv stations!
I fly any cargo that you can pay to run
The bush league pilots, they just can't get the job done
You've got to fly down the canyon, don't never see the sun
There's no such thing as an easy run

Now here's some golfin' some of us can relate to:

"If you happen to be in Woodbury, Elk River, Apple Valley or some other corner of the Twin Cities and feel as though you heard a few audible gasps around 10:45, that was Michelle Wie carding a 9 on the par-4 ninth hole to go from 1-over to 6-over as she made the turn.

What went wrong?

What didn't go wrong is more like it. Wie found the deep right rough with her drive, hit a decent recovery shot to the rough about 50 yards from the hole, bladed a wedge past the hole into the rough behind the green, putted from off the green, past the hole, and all the way off the other side, chipped too short and watched the ball roll back to her feet, and eventually missed a putt of less than five feet. So yeah, not good. Hole No. 9 seems to be vexing several players, and Wie was certainly no exception.

She briskly walked through the crowd, appearing dazed as she walked to the 10th tee."

Was Juice wearing gloves on the golf course?  Did they fit?

Wie: 'I Think I Can Win' U.S. Women's Open
Good thing I'm going out there tomorrow instead of the weekend, so I'll at least get to see her, assuming she doesn't come up with any mysterious injury tonight.

This is cool.

Not sure if the link is working but go to http://www.twincities.com/ and check out the time-lapse video of the new ballpark construction.
