Ypsi and snoop are dragging this board right into the gutter. Next there will probably be pics of scantily clad women popping up on here. Good grief.
If you can't ignore an insult, top it; if you can't top it, laugh it off; and if you can't laugh it off, it's probably deserved.

When I was at Carleton, the 'Carleton Sucks' shirts were sold in the Ole bookstore right there in your student center. How is it possible to sell them independently of the college (not denying that it isn't possible) if 1.)they were being sold on campus, in your primary outlet for Ole apparel 2.) You payed at the register...?  But I actually might take you up on your offer, because it would be an awesome gift for someone close to me that truly hates Carleton...

That was a general statement based on the only other two sports I care about. Our mens soccer team is def better (arguably the best in the west region), we have been better in men's b-ball basketball recently, 6-2 over the past 4 seasons. I know you are superior in baseball, but I could care less about that sport. You are probably better in track, but def not cross country. Obviously we don't have a real hockey team.

I believe that they were sold in the book store for all of one shipment.  as soon as the administration saw them they put an end to them in the bookstore.  Now we have a website...

Your men's soccer might be better.  I haven't paid attention to soccer ever since a guy I went to high school with had the audacity to say to me that soccer was a more physical sport than football.  Carleton B-ball is clearly better, and any Ole will tell you that.  As for cross country, the Oles have placed higher than Carleton at every meet that they have both been at this year.

Welcome aboard, loverboy. Don't worry about offending me. But then, I've got a thicker skin than some. The tradition is definitely rich here. Just a little richer tonight than usual.

C'mon fellas, show loveboard (Cemenski USTD '92) a little MIAC "love". As in, what we do to Tommies who dare to use SJU in their screen names.

jans....+k for you, where are the scantily clad pictures of co-eds you promised if I  made all the tommies suck comments?   ;)

Sjuloveboard you must stop with the negativity or you will soon pass me in the -k department, and, that is a spot held only by the esteemed TDT.

Attn Pat Coleman, you replied back to me this afternoon suggesting that I change my username as it might offend some of the Johnnies (spelling not important) as there is a rich tradition.  And so I log in this evening, and what do i see and read in the prior posts????  Is this the rich tradition your were referring to????

Your loss. I tried.

I never said "rich tradition."

I think we may have a Tommie...

This is what happens when the real estate market goes to hell. They start hanging out here.
Save it nimrodboy, you knew exactly what you were expecting. Thanks for visiting.

Still waiting for our new buddy to introduce himself...

You're right, TD, until he's formally introduced it was presumptuous of me to use "Norb."

Until we know him better, let's use "Norbert."

I thought you said "rich tradition" but it was "successful for a long time" so sorry I misrepresented what you said.  I guess I wasn't expecting all the whore, slut, .... stuff.  If you are, indeed running this board, and allowing this garbage, and you worked for me, tomorrow morning you would be explaining to your family why you were fired.

If I am too honest, and too forward for you and this board then I wish you the best of luck.

Yeah, dude, well, I just got here and hadn't had a chance to delete it yet before the poster exercised his own self-control and edited his post. Get a grip and consider following advice.

TDT, isn't it obvious?  How would I know that spring 2008 UST record was 54-8?  BTW - for anybody that is interested drive down University Ave. and look off to your left after you pass by "THE BARN".  Eat your heart out if you're not part of the DQ croud!!!!!
