Dear Bennie,  If you would rather talk about hockey, I'm sure there are many options available to you.  This is D3 football in 2008 where St. Thomas has beaten Concordia on the road and the Cobbs have beaten your team at home.

This is also the MIAC board. I'm sure theres lively conversation to be had on the UMAC board.  ;)
Where did I mention the UMAC in that post?

Melrose Sucks.  not nearly as bad as Long Prairie, though.  They dropped down to 2A, and switched to the WCC south to avoid Melrose and Albany and they still get whooped every game.  The only high school football I'm watching is my cousin at Wayzata.  Eden Prairie's days are numbered...

I'm simply pointing out that if you're going to rag on others for not being topic specific to the board they're posting on, then your posts about northwestern being playoff worthy belong on the UMAC board.

yeah, where you can kick up lots of dust and cobwebs....   :P

...must be pile-on AO day!  :D

Now be fair - we're only in week 8 of the season, and the UMAC board already has FIVE posts since the season began! ;D

(And ONE of them is even by AO. ;))

Ya gotta love that!

I was appealing to the MIAC to be more understanding of AO.  The poor guy has gotta be lonely, when no one in the UMAC will "come out and play". ;)

Flash, I saw you lurking on here about 2:00 your time this morning, whatever were you doing up at that time of day?   ;)

I was out yesterday. Got home about 8;30. Had to get up to pee, and drink about a gallon of water.

A week or so ago there was talk on the WIAC board about a D3 game somewhere where the official attendance was listed as 10 (ten).  I can't remember if it was a UMAC game or not, can anyone help me out?

And almost certainly either a typo, or a 'default value' when attendance gets left blank on the score sheet.

NOTICE RE: Pick 'ems.

57 has noticed that an error on the d3football.com schedule has led to an error in our pick 'ems.  Monmouth is the home team, not Ripon, in our national match-up.  Although most had already picked Monmouth, this may affect Buckman's handicapping.  A re-post may be in order following Buckman's ruling.

What's the weather supposed to be for the games around the league this week?

My comment was actually maybe too subtle of a jab at AO

Aww ... cut the guy some slack. How would you feel if no one in your whole neighborhood (UMAC) was willing to come out and play with you? ;)

Now how often have you had the opportunity to type those words?  ;) :D

Thanks for the heads-up. Sorry about that.

You are right there Oz, it is a first.  On another front, I am going to roll the dice and keep my modem for the weekend so I will be in attendance for Saturday's game against UST(D).

I went back and checked and Pat doesn't have a UMAC in-game update board, no wonder there are no people talking on the regular board.   :o

It appears that Frank has the high schools switched around as I believe that John attended Marin Catholic. Tmerton will let us know if this is correct when he wakes up :P
