Come ON Johnnie Fans!  Get things right with the world and cheer the Johnnies on to victory!  Carleton????   WTF is a Carleton???

Oh...and having the "honor" of watching Casey Blake play for the past few years, he is WAY overpriced at half the discussed price.  Great guy....."decent player".......we Indians fans were trying to run him out of town just a few years ago.  You would be better served with a younger, less pricey guy at 3B with some upside.

Hopefully....we will see you guys in the play-offs.  I would love to see a SJU vs. Mount semi-final/final sometime soon.

D O.C.

I knew it! That cagey coach has saved his offense scheme for today!. He WAS just  playing with us all again.
I wish him luck to pull it off.

Greetings from the deer stand. Hey did you here the Auggies are playing all ther games next year in the Philpines? Yeah, they're gonna be called "The Manila Folders"!
Oh,why am I posting? I must be desperate for friends, because I'm not willing to admit that I'm a d bag.
Good luck SJU, I'll be watching from afar.

Yes, sometimes I also like to take shots at Redpoop and Duffbag  ;D

I guess you've got to do something when you can't get laid.

Your 4576 posts vs my 644 would suggest quite the opposite  :D

You will be watching from afar.  Isn't technology wonderful.  Think about extending greetings from your first deer stand.  He** thinsulate was only someones everyones wish.  Just like a knights win; they are wishing they can get a victory today.  The Johnnies, having been in this situation before are planning on execution and experience to get the win.  GO JOHNNIES.

Go Johnnies!!!!

hey, where would the Mount vs SJU game be played if it comes to that in a semi-final?  Or has that not been decided?
I actually live quite close to MU, so I have had the unfortunate honor of seeing SJU both games at MU.

Invitation accepted however today we'll settle for scraping past the dreaded CCKnights.

Game on!

Is this the day that SJU's offense finally comes together and plays like a championship team? Or will the fans suffer through more interceptions, fumbles and weird play calling? I believe the former will happen today, and we will meet in Wisonsin next weekend.
I hope OZ has that alarm working today. :)

Silliest "rule" I've ever seen.  It has nothing to do with privacy; it's up to the recipient as to what they do with a message they have received.  So [edit: Freebird] can send someone an email calling them a d-bag and expect complete privacy?  That's horsesh!t

I have to agree.  If someone is chicken**** enough to call me out through PM, they better believe I'm gonna post it.  If you feel that strongly that you need to speak your mind personally, PM me and I will send you my phone number and you can actually say it to me.

What is the series with SCSU at?  The Johnnies probably deserve the mythical stearns title based on the last 10 and a better winning percentage in most every season.

SJU owns the series 37-18-1, with a delta of 453 points in favor of the Johnnies.   Considering that SCSU has scored all of 493 points in the series, that demonstrates a long history of SJU success.  But that isn't news to any of us.

SCSU dropped the series in 1983 for the same reason Moorhead State dropped the series with Concordia-- new conference situations.  In MSU's case, it was the NSIC, while SCSU had new NCC regulations back in the day.  Before SCSU joined the NSIC there was talk about trying to get the Johnnies back on the Huskies' schedule, but there was no upside for the Johnnies to schedule such a game.  So it likely won't happen for some time now.

While it would be a spectacle, I don't see SCSU and SJU hitting the gridiron ever again.   But as a fan of both programs, I would love to see it.  I'm shocked the schools communicated about renewing the series.  The renewal of the basketball series was an excellent idea.  Smith and Schlagel get along much better than Smith and Raymond.  With the new floor dedication, it should be a very nice crowd.  SJU just needs to step it up a bit.
