Its gonna be a tough game for LU.  Is it possible, yes, but they are going to have to play amazingly both offensively and defensively.  Applegren and Kaddison are going to have to guard Wallis tight, and Page and Dekker are going to have to stay out of foul trouble and guard Thompson and Nading like glue. 

If LU gets in foul trouble, they are cooked.  Their second line of big men can;t stay with Thompson and Nading, but I think Page and Dekker can at least get them a little off their game.

Since Aaron Thompson is a guard, not a forward, I'm guessing that LU's first line of big men can't stay with him, either.

Wow, what a cat fight here. Unfortunately it was just Tiberius and Sassy pretending to fight again. Not quite the type of cat fight I wanted in my living room on a Friday. 

In any event. The Lawrence Invitational begins tonight. RoopVegas says take Wash U. +13.5 as they will make it closer than it was at the end. Over/under is 167. 87-80 LU.

Speed kills in the tournament and LU is faster than Wash U. is big.
