Be sure that the webcast isnt DELAYED as it was when lawrence played them down there.The man i talked to say they do delayed webcast for somereason.But call and check first.

Apparently he has not taken English in college yet.....

oops! I thought this was the MWC board - it's obviously the Braier/Hinz board.... 

I'm with you - I was surprised to see so much discussion about Braier and Hinz on the "System-Board"

Braier kicked Hinz's ass up here a week or so ago.  Absolutely trashed him.  Hinz scored most of his points after we set the regulars down.

No question after watching that.

Trashed is a little strong don't you think Hinz also got lots of points with Braier on the bench with foul trouble. So you could say the refs trashed him.

I think Hinz is, but its tough to tell, Braier takes it so seriously, I think Josh lets him win most of the time.

wow, I haven't read the board for a couple of days and had alot of catching up to do!  All the Hinz/Braier comparisons are very interesting.  What really matters is that Braier is going to the tourney and Hinz isn't.  Hinz had very good talent around him this year.  I do agree, they didn't always play with the same intensity every game.  When traveling to games, I always wondered what team would show up?  I know we were a terrible free-throw percentage team, and I blame that on coaching.  All the good teams, make free-throws a priority, BC doesn't.  Our high school coach makes all the kids come in on game mornings and shoot 100 besides regularily in practice.  BC will maybe take 50 in a practice, maybe the captains should've picked up on this and came in on their own to shoot freethrows.  I think that's the big reason they're staying home now.  Tharp's teams don't miss freethrows.  I've always gone by the thought that POY should be the best player on the best team, its a no brainer.  Hopefully BC can get some recruits to committ.  I feel for Cecil, he wants to get to the tourney so bad, and he's a great guy, but as Dolph says, he needs 2-3 quality recruits year in and out.

If by saying that you mean to belittle Braier and Hinz by comparing them to James T. Kirk, the only man to ever defeat the Kobayashi Maru, well...I'd say the boys could take Kirk and Spock on the hardwood, but i'm not sure eaither of them's the cheating type.

Well gobucs, you don't have to post everyday but you do have to read everyday. How else can you become one with the New Roop Order ?? If you were busy buying products you saw on infomercials I can give you a pass. If not, you have no excuse and are insulting the millions and millions of "The Roops" fans.

On a side note: Free throw shooting and fouls were a problem this year. Here ends the lesson.

PS. Towns needs a razor for graduation.

Everybody promising "The Roop" tickets, yet where are the tickets. I'm sure they are all panicking right now at Lawrence because they didn't really think "The Roop" would actually be there since "Americas Team" wasn't participating. If "The Roop" wasn't going to be there an * would have to be placed by this years MWC Tournament Champion.
