Q's a good poster, I'd hate to say that I'd rather listen to Carroll than someone I sort of know.  Plus, I think Carroll is going to win and I'd rather hear how the IWU guys handle that, than hear the CC guys get all excited.

Anyone want to try and outbid me?  :o

Sam - You wouldn't be selling that yourself, and just trying to egg on bdders, would you?   ;D

Lol...no.  But I do know the artist and seller.  A gentleman and a scholar.  Don't let this one of a kind piece of MWC memorabilia pass you by!!!  ;D

I accept the offer of the Vice-Presidency. It's an honor and a priviledge. Hoops, what ministry would you like to head up? ;)

I don't care, so long as there's no pressure to do anything; I'm kinda lazy. Maybe Agriculture.
Hmmmm...not quite as interesting as Silly Walks...

Make somebody the West Coast Chapter President of the NRO and this is the gratitude I get. Oh well. That's just the way the corn dog bar bounces sometimes.

Yeah, but there is too much exercise involved in that one.  The glory is not worth it to me.

Yeah, the Carroll "broadcasters" like to both yell separate things in the mic at the same time when they get excited or upset.  The little speakers on my computer start smoking and it's just not good...  I'll go with IWU and hear how they handle "da feet."

Based on that Whitewater score I think IWU rolls tomorrow.

Greek Tragedy

Wow, harsh critics.

Very entertaining game in Whitewater tonight.  Both teams came out with fire and pace as Carroll and Ill. Wes. came out running and gunning...and that caused some sloppy play to begin the game.

Ill. Wes. is pretty awesome.  They really have some athletes on that team and had at least one D1-grade alley-oop dunk.  Wow.  Pretty cool stuff.

Carroll did NOT lay an egg and if any Carroll player saw that post, they'd probably be pretty pissed.  Everytime Ill. Wes. would make a run, Carroll would come back with one of their own.  At 34-24, it looked like Carroll was done, but they fought back with a run of their own and the game wasn't out of reach until about 3 minutes to go.  It was a great game to watch.

Zach Freeman (#30) was unstoppable.  13/19 or something like that for 29 or so.  Size and athleticism of the Titans was too much for the smaller Carroll team.  I think IWU had like 50 rebounds and Carroll was in the mid-30s.  But, solid 3-point shooting kept Carroll in the game.

A very nice sized and vocal Carroll crowd came with enthusiasm, but left disappointed (a little profane at times).  #34 (?) a senior (?) on Carroll is a very solid player.  I was impressed with him.

If Whitewater plays as poorly as they did against DePauw (though they were solid), IWU will smoke em.
