I saw three MC alums in downtown Urbana tonight.  It felt like the "Bijou East."

Good luck to the Scots on Saturday...8-8 gets into the MWC playoffs year (7-9 makes the tie-breaker).

Obviously I haven't been able to hit the board in a few days...  If you can say, who were the MC alums you saw in Urbana?  I was in Cham-bana Friday night and Saturday afternoon for the Illinois-Wisky game.  Was also in Peoria Saturday night, but not at the Bradley game; watched that at B-Dubs.

Pretty fair weekend for BC this weekend too, eh?

A word about those SRMs though. That's what they call them at the Grinnell Armory, I mean Grinnell College, better x-ray them before you use them as most have embedded microchips. If you wrap your head in aluminum foil you should be ok, if not you will feel an urge to donate to the colleges coelacanth cloning program. CCCP for short.

Hmm... a blind date with a random dude when go to a game I can't get to that's set up by a guy I've never met before? I'm "only" 25... has it really come to this already? 

Incidentally, here's the other one. Personally, I've never been a huge fan of this style of poetry, but this guy is seriously funny, never the less. He did a DIII "Twas the Night Before Christmas!

Actually, what hurts is that she knows I'm not single, so essentially, she's presuming that I'm not young and/or attractive. 

Now, that's not to say she isn't correct...but it's never easy to have it thrown in your (less than young and attractive) face. 

Thank God the kids have their mothers good looks! I hope they marry as well as their old man did.

BTW, I personally liked the April Madness reference. Kimchi and spam, it ain't, but it's still pretty good (for a math major).
