So are things slow at work, April, or is this a day off?  You're not usually on this early.

lol... you've done that greg!??  :o

No, it happened during an episode of Frasier. Woody Boyd, Frasier's old crony from Cheers, visited Frasier in Seattle. At one point in the episode, Woody and Frasier went to a karaoke bar with two of Frasier's work associates, nerdy accountant Noel Shempsky and epicene food critic Gil Chesterton. Gil sang "I Feel Pretty" while Noel sat on the edge of the stage and translated the lyrics into Klingon.

I know two people who need to see a basketball game.......bad! ;D

Hey, it was a very funny and memorable episode of Frasier. So sue me.  :D

If that's true Sager, you can have all of my karma points from now on.

It wouldn't be worth it. Unless the Earth is stricken with some strange virus that suddenly makes Trekkies more attractive to the fairer sex than athletes and rock stars, you will not see me learning Klingon any time soon.

That's incredibly short sighted of you, Sager.  What happens when they invade and take over the world, yo could totally get a sweet overseer gig and avoid all the slave labor the rest of us are dommed to endure.

That's always been my problem. I never think ahead.

It's all good Scottie.  By the way, with your next post you pass Hank Aaron on the all-time Home Run list.

This post, as with all of my previous posts, has been steroid-free!   ;D
HEY PAL, DON'T BLOCK THE SHOT!

The Roop

The Roop

I wonder who would do better at running an RV Dealership. Braier or Hinz. I'd have to go with Braier for the following reason.

Please, God, let the basketball games begin!  :P

Spanglish was a very underrated Adam Sandler movie.

Sammy, any word on the ticket situation tomorrow?

I agree, Spanglish was good.

What about the tickets? I have some now.  ;)  I'm going to try and get some tix to the Augie game too since there should be plenty left overs for sale at LU.

Oh yeah, news out of the WIAC...

Long-time River Falls coach, Rick Bowen has stepped down to become the full-time Athletic Director...

Tharp's open door?

Disclaimer:  I didn't suggest Tharp's departure.  Posters in here suggested Tharp may look for other challenges and some posters had asked if there were any WIAC openings.  There is now.  ::)

Congrats to Braier! He was up against some pretty tough competition from two of my favorite boys who've ever put on a d3 uniform, Keelan Amelianovich and Chris Martin, but from reading his story on the front page, and that awesome article a few weeks back, I know it's going to a very deserving person. I love this award, cause it honors the complete person. I'm sure Larry fans are very proud!

I guess that means at least one of the Lawrence players will be in Salem for sure!  :D

You answered your own question and you may want to copyright that slogan.

Spanglish was a very good movie; Spanglish was NOT an Adam Sandler movie, even though he did star in it.  Adam Sandler movies are now a specific genre and cannot be associated with his real acting work (Big Daddy blurs the line).

Tharp's open door?

If Tharp goes anywhere, I doubt it is to another d3 school.  He may be lured away by a small d1 program.
